HOW TO BUILD A
MODULAR PERGOLA SYSTEM

Ensure that you have
all the components.

a bracket with you
when you purchase
your wood to test t.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN YOUR BUILD
Ensure your lumber
is dry and straight.
We recommend dry, straight cedar, but
by design, our products allow you the
freedom to choose your preferred wood
for your build.

BUILDING THE TOP
Set up your
4 TRIO brackets
4 wood posts
We recommend placing cardboard under your
brackets to protect the bracket and surface.

Insert lumber
into brackets.
Begin by creating a U Shape
as outlined on the following page.

Insert screws.
• You only require 2 screws per each side
of the bracket
(eg. 12 per TRIO).
• Insert screws in holes closest to the wood.
• Hardware to secure to wood is included.
• Additional screws are available for purchase.
