Automatic mixing valve with double regulation for hot water systems
What is double regulation?
Most of the automatic mixing valves mix with cold water
only, which results in erroneous circulation, incorrect and
fluctuating temperature of hot water. The automatic
mixing valve with double regulation controls the hot and
cold water proportionately. Immediately,
constant- temperature hot water is available.
How does it operate?
The extending switch pushes the hollow piston (1)
downward against the spring (2) force. Thus the hot
water through-hole (3) is reduced, and simultaneously,
the cold water through-hole (4) is increased.
Both water streams can mix in the hollow piston (1),
rinsing the sensing element (5) surface intensely. As a
result, the element promptly responds to the temperature
fluctuation. The temperature range required can be set
by the knob (6). The piston and ring (7) are made from
high-quality plastic; therefore, no calciferous deposits
form.
The hot and cold water inlet pressures must be
balanced.
Overload protection ensuring long
service life.
As the hollow piston does not hit against the seat, the
sensor is not overloaded even if the water temperature
highly exceeds the usual level. Therefore, high manual
change in the mixing temperature can be made without
the risk of damaging the sensor or other parts of the
mixing device.
