Leverage - Installation Checklist

Use the checklist below to ensure proper installation of Star Trac Leverage Strength:

 Upon receipt inspect packaging for damage – Report all damages to Core Health and Fitness notate all

damages on the BOL

 Ensure all hardware and parts in the package are accounted for

 Ensure all pivot point lock nuts are pressed into the arm shaft once prior to applying to lock tab washer

to ensure the proper torque spec can be reached without damaging the lock washer. Once the

bearings have been pressed in remove the nut and apply the lock washer, reapply the lock nut to the

specified torque value and lock in the tab washer.

 Ensure all screws, bolts, and nuts are tightened and torqued down to their specified values per the

instruction manual. This includes all pre assembled parts

 Check for proper alignment of all adjustment arms. Realign as needed.

 Make sure the proper instruction placards and warning labels are correct and not damaged or missing

 Check all weldments for straightness, perpendicularity and parallelism

 Ensure all upholstery hardware is tight upon final placement

 Verify condition of upholstery, check for marks or cuts.

 Conduct a full function test of the unit to ensure smooth operation

 Overall visual & cosmetic inspection: All equipment is to be wiped down and checked for defects prior to

leaving the facility. Installer is to contact an authorized Core Health & Fitness representative while on site, if

there are any issues that have not been resolved.
