CYBEX 626AK010 is a monitor mount kit designed for Cybex Arc model 62X. It enables you to mount a monitor onto your Cybex Arc model 62X fitness equipment, providing you with a convenient way to track your workout progress, watch videos, or browse the internet while you exercise.
The kit includes all the necessary hardware and instructions for installation, and it can be easily attached to the frame of your Cybex Arc model 62X. The monitor mount is adjustable, allowing you to position your monitor at the optimal viewing angle. The kit also includes cable management features to keep your cables organized and out of the way.

Installation Instructions
This instruction sheet describes how to install the monitor mount kit (626AK010) for Cybex Arc model
62X or monitor mount with Netpulse cables kit (771AK010) for Cybex Arc model 77X.

Disconnect external power source
Unplug power cord from the power outlet.
WARNING: Shock and electrocution hazard
• Unplug unit and let sit 10 minutes before cleaning or performing maintenance
• Electrical charge can remain in unit after unplugging
• Keep water and liquids away from electrical parts
NOTICE: Component damage
Wear an ESD grounding strap during this procedure. Connect ESD grounding strap to
frame bolts or unpainted metal of frame. If ESD grounding strap is not available, touch
frame bolts or unpainted metal of frame before handling any electronics.
Remove back cover
Remove the four screws securing the back cover to the console assembly using a Phillips
screwdriver.

1. Remove the six screws securing the console assembly to the console support using a Phillips
screwdriver.

2. Disconnect display cables and pull up through weldment.
3. Set console assembly aside for reinstallation.

Remove console support
Remove and discard the six screws securing the console support to the weldment using a Phillips
screwdriver and a 7/16” wrench.

Install tube support
1. Install the six 1” screws and 1/4” locknuts securing the weldment to the console support and
the support tube using a Phillips screwdriver and a 7/16” wrench

2. Install the two 1/2” screws securing the hood to the support tube using a Phillips screwdriver.
Place decal on top of hood.

3. Install the bolt, washer, and 5/16” locknut securing the vesa mount to the support tube using a
5/16” Allen wrench and a 1/2” wrench.

1. Route the power and COAX and the CAT6 cables through the top of the support tube and
down into the weldment.

down into frame.

4. Install cable ties securing cables to the frame. Trim excess cable tie using side cutters.

Remove right wheel
1. Place a block under unit to elevate right wheel. Block must be at least 3.5” high.

2. Remove bolt, lockwasher, and nut securing right wheel using a 7/16” wrench and a 5/32” Allen
wrench.
Route Cables
1. Feed cables down through the bottom of the frame (where the wheel was removed).
2. Route cables back up through the bottom of the frame and out the access hole.

Install right wheel
1. Install wheel, bolt, lockwasher, and nut securing right wheel using a 7/16” wrench and a 5/32”
Allen wrench.

1. Plug CSAFE cable into the MCC board on the console assembly.
