This
remote
control
unit
has
two
mounting
holes
in
the
base
for
attaching
the
unit
to
a
wall
or
bracket.
Conve
nient
access
to
controls,
lead
lengths,
wire
feederopera
tion,
and
operator
safety
must
be
considered
when

lecting
an
installation
site.
High
levels
of
dust,
dirt,
mois
ture,
corrosive
vapors,
or

heat

unit
operating

6-pin
Wire
Feed
Speed
plug
provides
a
connection
point
between
the
remote
control
unit
WIRE
SPEED
controls
and
the

feed
speed
circuitry.
Align
plug
keyway
with
Remote
Control
receptacle
key;
insert
plug;
and
rotate
threaded
collar
clockwise.
IMPORTANT:
Place
the
control/feeder

Control
switch

feeder

remote
control
unit
as
instructed
in
Section

Wear
dry
insulating
gloves
and
clothing,
and
wear
welding
helmet
with
proper
filter
lens
according
to
ANSI
Z49.

Connect
work
clamp
to
clean,
bare
metal

workpiece.

and
