Using the supplied 1" bolt and nut, connect the existing gate arm bracket to the MMTGB brackets. Do not tighten completely.

With the gate arm in its fully retracted position and the gate set in the desired open position, place the MMTGB onto the desired section of gate.

See installation manual for push-to-open instructions.

Insert the supplied 2½" bolts through the eyes of the MMTGB, then add washers, and ﬁnally attach the nuts. Do not tighten completely.

Once the MMTGB is in place and arm is mounted snugly to the gate, verify the gate clearances then test the gate opener. Adjust as necessary.

After verifying the install meets the automatic gate opener speciﬁcations, adjust as necessary before tightening all hardware.

INSTALLING THE MMTGB BRACKET TO THE GATE CONTROLLER AND GATE
