ThisprocedureisonlyneededifthereisanexistingROPS
systemthatneedstobereplaced.
1.Makesureallmovingpartshavestopped,parkingbrake
isengaged,andthekeyhasbeenremoved.
2.Disconnectthenegativebatterycable.
3.Removethebolts,nuts,washersandspacersattaching
theROPStotheframe.Notethepositionand
orientationofthecurvedwashersusedwiththebolts.
Alsonotethepositionandorientationoftheat
spacersbetweentheROPSlegsandframebracket.
4.RemovetheROPSfromthemower.Carefullypullthe
fuelventassemblyfromtherightROPSlegandnote
theorientation.

assemblyisinstalled.
DoNotweld,drillormodifyrollbarinanyway.
1.SlidethefuelventassemblyintothenewRighthand
ROPSlegsothattheholesalignwiththemounting
holesintheleg(Figure2).
