Absorbent cement grouting is a critical obstacle in cleanliness of tiled surfaces. It is therefore possible to deteriorate for the following reasons:

• accumulation of dirt and other contaminants that leads to unclean and possibly unsafe surfaces;

• discolouration and chromatic variations, efflorescence.

These processes of degradation increase in the presence of moisture and steam such as in bathrooms and kitchens.

Unlike cement grout that requires sealing and maintenance Starlike Epoxy does not absorb liquids and dirt and can therefore be easily washed.

It additionally prevents the proliferation of unwanted contaminates ensuring the best possible and most hygienic grout surface.
