1) Take out earbuds from the charging case and
put them on.
2) Press MFB 4 times on the left and right earbuds
at the same time, hear "disconnect, enter pairing",
the pairing information have cleared.

1) First Pairing: Open the charging case cover, and
turn on the earbuds, then search for " U-pro " in
the Bluetooth device list of your phone, click connect.
2) Daily pairing: Simply open the charging case
cover and the earbuds will automatically connect
back to the last connected device
Q: The headset can not be charged?
APlease close the cover of the charging case when
charging and keep the charging contacts clean.
QWhy can't my earbuds turn on?
APlease re-charge and make sure the earbuds has
enough power, put the earbuds into the charging
case and see if the power display flashes.
Q: One of the headphones has no sound?
APut both headphones back into the charging box to
charge for 5 minutes to reset and take out again.
Q: Wireless headset signal is not good?
A:Bluetooth have a transmission distance of 10
meters, please check whether there is
electromagnetic interference around.
Q:Why can't I hear the other's voice when I call or
listen to music?
A:Please confirm the following points.
1 ) When you make a call, please select the speaker
mode as "U-pro"
1 )When a call comes in, please click the earbuds to
answer.
2 )The connection mode of wireless earbuds includes
"Mobile phone audio", "Multimedia audio", please make
sure both are allowed on your phone.
Q: Why can't the earbuds pair with my device?
A:Please confirm the following points.
1) Please confirm whether the earbuds has power and
enter the pairing mode
2) Please confirm whether the earbuds has been
connected to other devices, if so, please disconnect
and close the device Bluetooth.
3) Please confirm whether the earbuds is within 10 meters
of the device If the above steps still can't solve your
problem, please contact our after-sales service.
