Mini Condensate Pump kit Installation Instructions
P/N AOPS7614
This Aspen condensate pump is 230V pump (P/N 350433) so a 115V/230V step up transformer (P/N
350436) is provided to supply the needed voltage.
The step up transformer has been prewired to the pump for your convenience.
1) Locate the pump in the bottom of the furnace and locate the step up transformer within the
vestibule of the furnace.
2) Remove one of the step-up transformer mounting screws and loosen the second mounting screw.
This will allow access to the bottom of the junction box to secure to the furnace vestibule panel for
mounting.
3) Refer to the photos below to locate the step-up transformer junction box to the furnace vestibule in a
condensing mobile home furnace. This recommended location will insure no damage is done in
mounting junction box nor cover any Warning Labels. Secure the junction box to the separator with the
#8 Tek screws provided.
4) Wire a 115V power supply to the Black and White wires extending from the junction box. A pre-wired
safety switch is provided within the pump and should be utilized as a safety. Refer to wiring diagram
below.
