Hasbro Candy Land the Train Game 31938 is a fun and colorful board game for 2 to 4 players ages 3 and up. The object of the game is to be the first player to collect a candy token from each train station (one of each color) in the easy game, or to collect the highest number of candies shown on your tokens in the advanced game. The game comes with a gameboard, Candy Land® Train, die, and 20 tokens.

To set up the game, place the die in the pocket under the train. The train can start anywhere and go in either direction.

To play the game, youngest player goes first.

THE FIRST TIME YOU PLAY
Remove the cardboard strips on either side of
train tracks as shown.
SETUP
R
efer to the image below to set up the game.
Place the die in the pocket under the train. The
train can start anywhere and go in either direction.
OBJECT
Be the first player to collect a candy token
from each train station (one of each color).
LET’S PLAY!
Youngest player goes first. Play then passes
to the left.
On your turn:
1. Push the train around the track and stop
on any space that matches a color token you
want to collect.
2. Pick up the train to see if the color on the
die matches the station you’re visiting.
If you rolled a matching color or the
rainbow, collect a token!
If you didn’t roll a match, place the train
back over the die.
This ends your turn.
DID YOU WIN?
If you’re the first player to collect a token
from each station, you’re the winner!
OBJECT
Collect the highest number of candies shown on
your tokens.
LET’S PLAY!
Play the same as the easy game
with these exceptions:
1.
When you collect a candy token, look at the
number of candy pieces on the token. You want to
choose a token with more candy pieces on it.
2. Play until all the candy tokens have been
collected.
3. You do not need to collect a candy token from
each color station.
DID YOU WIN?
Count the number of candies on your tokens. If
you have the most, you win!
