Note:
The Wiegand terminal is an input terminal. If you want to connect an access controller, you
shall set the Wiegand direction to “Output”.
The RS 485 interface of this device supports security access module. Once the security
module is enabled, the exit button and the lock control are disabled.

4 – Installation
Ambient illumination requirement
Make sure that the faces can be captured clearly.
Avoid direct sunlight and backlight
The device should be at least 2 meters away from the light, and at least 3
meters away from windows or doors
Installation
Height requirement
Paste the drill template
onto the wall and
then drill
the holes according to it.
Use two screws to secure the
bracket on the gang box.
Secure the bracket onto the wall
with 4 screws.
Route and connect the cables,
then install the cable cover
Hang the device onto the
bracket hook and
then tighten the screws.
The recommended installation height
(H) is 1.3 ÷ 1.45m which can cover
human height of 1.4 ÷ 1.9m in the
detection area.
The face recognition distance ranges
is 0.3 ÷ 0.4m.
The best temperature measuring
distance for the wrist is 3-5cm.

5 – Network
① Make sure that the device and the PC are connected via LAN
② Install the software Comelit Advance IP Tool and run it as shown
below:
③ Modify the IP address. The default IP address is 192.168.1.150. Click the
information of the camera listed in the above table to show the network
information on the right hand.
Modify the IP address and gateway of the camera and make sure that its
network address is in the same local network segment of the computer.
After modification, please enter the password of the administrator and click
“Modify” button to modify the settings.
The default Password of the administrator is admin.
④ Double-click on the device listed in the Comelit Advance IP Tool or
manually enter the IP address in the address bar of Internet Explorer
browser to connect it. Follow the instructions to download and install the
plugin.
⑤ Enter the Username and the Password in the login interface.
The default Username is admin; the default Password is admin.
The default network settings are shown below:
IP address: 192.168.1.150
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
HTTP: 80
Data port: 9008
