Turn on the power of
electromagnet. Let the
electromagnet and the
a r m a t u r e p l a t e b o n d
together. Press L bracket
against the door frame.
Fasten L bracket on the
door frame.
Test the unit. Tap the
p l u g s i n t o t h e
electromagnet
Drill a hole 8 mm in
diameter through the
doo r. En l ar ge th e
hole to 16 mm from
outside.
Drill a hole 6.8 mm in
d i a m e t e r f r o m
inside. Screw with a
M8-1.25 thread.
F o l d t h e m o u n t i n g
template 90° angle along
the dotted line.
Drill a hole 8 mm in
diameter through the
d o o r. E nl a rg e th e
hole to 12.7 mm from
o u t s i d e . T h e
thickness of the door
is 36 mm.
Drill the holes marked on
the template.
Installation of L bracket on Out-swing Doors
The A value in the table below shows the
minimum requirement distance of the door frame
for different electromagnetic lock model.
