Thank you for purchasing X-style S3500 mobile phone.
This guide contains description of main functions.
The X-style S3500 phone allows you to use 2 GSM SIM
cards in the dual standby mode, that is, in the standby
mode two cards are on the network; during the call, one
card is in active mode, the other one is not available.
The contents of this manual is correct. The description of some
features may vary due to software or service provider changes. The
company reserves the right to make changes to the specifications
without prior notice.
Important safety precautions
This phone is designed for making and receiving calls, sending SMS messages,
accessing the Internet, etc.
Read this section attentively and follow the instructions carefully.
The phone does not contain any harmful substances (according to DSTU
EN50581).
Do not use the phone in an open air during storm.
Do not expose the phone to high temperatures, explosive, or flammable
liquids.
Turn off the phone in cases where use of the phone may cause
interference or danger.
Do not place the phone to heating device such as a microwave oven, stove
or heater.
Do not attempt to disassemble the phone. If the phone or any of the
accessories are not working properly, contact the nearest authorized
service facility.
Use only those accessories and chargers that are designed for this model.
Do not use defective cables or memory.
Do not short-circuit the battery.
If you are using any personal medical device, check with the manufacturer
whether the device has appropriate radiation protection .Switch off your
phone at hospitals, if required by internal regulations.
Do not use a mobile phone while driving. Follow the rules of using mobile
phones while driving a vehicle.
Keep the phone, all its components and accessories out of the reach of
children and pets. They can accidentally damage these items or swallow
small parts.
Avoid poring liquid over the phone.
Do not use strong chemicals, solvents or bleaches to clean the phone

Open back cover, remove battery.
Install SIM card (use micro-SIM) to

Install micro-SD card if necessary.
Place back the battery by checking

Close back cover.
Fully charge the battery before
first use.
Turn the phone on by pressing
and holding Cancel button. Follow
the prompts on your phone for
initial settings.

Turn ON\OFF
To turn ON, press and hold the Cancel button untill the device's
screen turns on.
To switch off - press and hold the Cancel, select Turn off in the
pop up window to turn off the device.
Device locking occurs automatically (if auto-lock is on), or by
pressing and holding the "*" button. Unlock - by pressing and
holding the "*" button.
PC connection.
To view and transfer files between PC and phone, connect the
phone to a PC using a USB micro-USB cable. Go to the Settings
StorageUSB Storage and select On.
Input methods
To select a text input method, press the # key .Possible variants:
all uppercase letters, all small, first upper case, numbers,
prediction (if enabled in settings)
To select the input method language, press and hold #. To enable
the required text input languages, go to Settings-Personalization-
Input methods. When entering text, press * to enter symbols.
Make a call
To make a call, dial the number on the numeric keypad in the local
or international format, or select a number from the phone's
contact list, and then press the Call button . Choose which
SIM to use for dialing. To cancel the call - press Cancel .
During a call it is also possible to switch the sound to the voice
communication (central key), add a caller to the conference call,
turn off the microphone, turn on the microphone, hold the call,
and so on.
Home screen
To go to programs on the left, press Left key, to go to Menu,
press the center key, to go to the
frequently used settings, press Up.
Notifications
Information about missed calls,
unread messages, screenshots,
changes to some settings, etc. is
displayed in the Notices. If there are
unread notifications, a checkmark
appears in the upper left corner of the
screen , the number represents
the number of unread notifications. To
view notifications, click Notices (LSK). To view the notification,
scroll up / down to the required message and press center key, to
delete the notice, press LSK, to delete all notifices, click on RSK.
Navigation keys use in standby mode
In standby mode, the following actions are assigned to the Up /
Down / Right / Left keys:
Up - Switch to frequently used settings: turn on/off the torch,
adjust brightness, enable/disable WiFi, Airplane mode, mobile
data, Bluetooth, volume control.
Right - turning on the camera
Left - open the side menu

Main menu (app screen)
To access the device's main menu, press the center navigation
key.
The applications screen contains
shortcuts to launch all programs
installed on your phone and go to
Settings.
Pre-installed applications: Call Log,
Contacts, Store, Messages, Google
search, Camera, Internet browser,
Gallery, Clock, Music, FM radio,
Calendar, Calculator, Video, Settings,
File manager, E-mail, Note, Recorder,
Google Assistant, Google Maps, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube.
Use control keys to scroll through app screen. To change the
appearance of the app screen, to rearrange shortcuts and delete
installed applications press Options .

On application screen, select Settings and press center key.

Phone
To make a call, dial the number using numeric keypad in local or
international format, or choose a number from the phone's
contact list, and then press Call button. When dialing, a contact is
searched in the address book by phone number. It is possible
(click Options) to create a new contact or edit an existing one.
Contacts
To view contact list, press LSK. Search field will help you find the
contact you want, to go to the list, press the Down key. To create
a new contact, click Create. To view options, press Options. To go
to settings, tap Options - Settings. It is possible to enable filter to
display contacts (phone, SIM, phone and SIM), set up sort list, set
emergency and speed dial numbers, import (from file, Gmail,
Outlook) and export contacts (to file and Bluetooth).
Messages
On Applications screen, select Message, press center key. All
messages are ordered in the form of message chains, one chain
for one subscriber. To create a new message, press Create, to go
to Options and Settings, click Options.
Call logs
On applications screen, select Call log and press center key. You
can view all calls as well as view lists of missed, dialed and
received calls separately. To view options, press Options.
E-mail
On application screen, select E-mail. When you first start the
program, you need to set up your e-mail account. You can
configure the following account types: IMAP+SMTP, POP3+SMTP,
ActiveSync. After the settings, you can fully use the e-mail
program. Click the options for the settings.
Internet browser
On application screen, select
Browser and press center key. To view
sites, enter the address in the search
bar, or select it from the list of Top
Sites or History. When viewing pages,
a control panel appears on the screen
showing actions for keys 1, 2 and 3.
Key 1 - zoom in, key 3 - zoom out, key
2 - Enable/Disable cursor. To view
options, press Options.
Multimedia
Camera
On application screen, select Camera. With Camera app, you can
capture photos and videos. Use Right / Left keys to switch
between modes and press center key to shoot. To switch to
Flashlight settings, switch camera, or browse Gallery, press
Options.
Gallery.
On apps screen, select Gallery. Use the Gallery to view photos
and videos. Press Options for: editing, deleting, sending files, etc.
Audio player
To enable audio player, select Music on apps screen. To create an
audio library, copy audio files into the phone memory or to
memory card. Volume control: use Up/Down keys.
Video player
To turn on the video player, select Videos on app screen. To
create a video library, copy video files to the phone memory or to
a memory card. Volume control: Use Up/Down keys.
FM radio
Select FM radio program on app screen. FM radio works with a
built-in antenna. Open Options to: adjust volume, record audio,
scan stations, add favorites, and more.
Sound recorder
Select Recorder application on app screen. With this app, you can
record audio and listen to your recordings. To reach settings and
additional options - open Options menu.
YouTube
Choose YouTube on app screen. Log in to your account, view and
manage your YouTube library. Use navigation keys to in app
interface. To go to the settings while watching a video, press
Options. Tap with cursor anywhere on the video when playing to
open a quick menu that contains buttons: play/pause, full screen,
volume. Use Up/Down keys to control volume.
Tools
Clock
Select Clock on app screen. With the help of the program it is
possible to set up several alarm clocks, use Timer and Stopwatch.
Calendar
The Calendar application allows you to keep track of the schedule
of affairs and events. You can add your own Google Calendar and
sync it with your phone.
Store
Choose Store on the app screen. KaiStore contains apps for your
phone that may be installed separately. Click Get to install the
desired application. Click Delete-to delete.
Passwords
When you boot your phone and during use, you may be prompted
for the following passwords:
Phone Password: The request arises after phone boot. This is a
general lock password.
PIN: If PIN verification function is on, you must enter the code
provided with the SIM card.
PUK code, PIN2 code - are also provided with the SIM card.
Screen lock code: Asked if it is turned on and configured in
security settings.
Be careful when using passwords: if passwords are lost, you
will need to refer to service center to restore functioning.
