IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
Please read the instructions carefully before starting to use this product.
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
1. Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning the
treadmill.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or physical injury:
1. This product should never be left unattended while plugged in. Unplug this product from the outlet
when not in use or before putting on or taking clothing and other belongings.
2. To avoid any danger, close supervision is necessary when this product is used by children or
disabled persons; especially when this machine is operating.
3. Be sure to use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use any
attachment no recommended by the manufacturer in order to avoid any danger or accidents.
4. Never operate this product if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been
damaged, or dropped into water. Please return this product to the service centre or seller for
examination and repair.
5. Do not carry this product by the supply cord or use the cord as a handle.
6. Keep the cord away from hot surfaces or ground.
7. Never operate this product with the air vents blocked. Keep the air vents free of any obstructions to
avoid hazards.
8. Never drop or insert any objects into any vent of the treadmill.
9. Do not use or operate outdoors.
10. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is thin.
11. Before turning this product power off, turn all controls to the off position then remove the plug from
the outlet.
12. Connect this product to a properly grounded outlet only.
13. If the power cord is damaged, be sure to ask the manufacturer or seller for replacement to avoid
accidents.
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be grounded first. If malfunction or breakdown occurs, grounding will provide a path of
least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord
having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug.

The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance
with all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER – Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric
shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether this product is
properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with this product – if it will not fit the outlet; have a proper
outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
This product is for use on a normal 220V – 240V and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated
in the figure below. Make sure that this product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as
the plug. There is no need to use any adaptor for this product.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
Warning:
Don't untie the loincloth until
assembly is finished.
If you untie the loincloth first,
it may cause a hazard
Loin Cloth
Two persons are required to finish the
assembly steps.
(Caution!! Please follow exactly the
assembly steps below to avoid injury.)
1. Put up the handrail tubes of Frame
(A) as the arrow shows in the right
drawing and tighten with Hex screws
(a).
P.S. To avoid unexpected accidents,
always assemble the treadmill with
more than one worker, do not
assemble by yourself.

2. Put up Upright (L & R) as shown in
the right drawing and tighten with
Hex screws (b)

3. After tightening the left and right uprights,
insert the left and right decoration covers
(B & C) onto the frame and tighten with
Philips screws (c) and Washers (d).

4. Wedge the left and right handrail
covers (D & E) onto the corresponding
positions as shown in the right drawing
and tighten with Truss Philips screws
(g) and washers (h).
5. Wedge cup holder (F) onto the
corresponding positions as shown
in the right drawing

CAUTION
Note: The Cylinder contains high pressure gas.
Please avoid crashing with other objects in order to
avoid hazards.
Note: If the Cylinder is hit, it might be damaged and
cause the usage to incorrectly operate normally. The
treadmill might fall while folding.
This treadmill has a foldable mechanism for
storage. Stop all movements (including stopping the
running belt and take off the power cord) before
storage, then pull the Pop Pin of right side and fold
the main frame till the Pop Pin is clicked into position
into the hole correctly and free your hand. On the
contrary, if you want to use the treadmill, pull the Pop
Pin as the direction shown in the right drawing (You
must hold the frame to avoid falling), and pull down
the main frame onto the ground slowly.
(P.S.1. To prevent hazards, be careful if children are
around)
(P.S.2. If you want to move the treadmill, fold the
treadmill first, hold the rear adjust cap with your
hands, then lean the treadmill and do not move the
treadmill until the roller can be moved smoothly.)
(P.S.3. Do not move the treadmill on uneven
ground.)

MAINTENANCE
1. If the belt tends to move off the centre, stop the
treadmill. Take the L-shaped Wrench and adjust the
Hex Screw in the Rear End Cap. For example, if the
running belt is moving towards the left side, tighten
the left Hex Screw about 1/4 turn (clockwise); if the
running belt is moving towards the right side, tighten
the right Hex Screw about 1/4 turn (clockwise). Turn
on the treadmill after it has been adjusted. If you find
that the belt has not moved to the proper position,
please repeat the steps above. Don't use the
treadmill until the running belts returns to the centre
position.
(P.S.1. This procedure is very important, if the belt is
not in the centre, be sure to follow the above steps.)
(P.S.2. The position of the running belt might not stay
precisely in the centre with slightly towards the left
and right sides, and the situation varies with how
end-users use this product. There is no need to
adjust the belt if it does not rub against the parts
inside.)
(P.S.3. Depending on the usage of this product,
please apply SILICON on the board according to the
chart located on the next page. Use the HEX Wrench
to unscrew the bolt inside the Rear Roller. Then pull
the belt up and daub some SILICON to the centre of
the board. After that, adjust the belt to the centre of
the deck, followed by tightening the screw to the
original set.
(P.S. When the belt is sliding, please follow the
above method to lubricate the running belt.)

1) User Weight Setting Mode
Press SPEED + / - : Weight setting 23 Kg ~ 130 Kg.
Press ENTER : into the START / READY mode.
Preset Weight is 70 Kg.
2) Manual Mode
START / READY Mode
Press START : countdown 3 seconds into sport mode (all rate is plus value).
Press STOP / RESET : press one time the panel will show PUS and all rate is stop blinking,
press STOP contain 3 seconds again and back to the START / READY mode.
PANEL WINDOW INDICATION
TIME / AGE : indicate time (0:00).
DISTANCE / HEIGHT : indicate distance (0.0).
CALORIES / INCLINE / SEX : indicate calories (0).
SPEED : indicate (0.0).

Preset distance is 5 KM.
Press SPEED + / - : User can adjust target distance ( 1.0 KM ~ 99.0 KM ), step is 1 KM.
Press START : Countdown 3 seconds and get into the SPORT Mode ( times count ).
CALORIES MODE
Preset is 200 Calories
Press SPEED + / - : User can adjust target calories ( 40 Calories ~ 999 Calories ), step is 1.
Press START : Countdown 3 seconds and get into the SPORT Mode ( times count ).

TIME / AGE : TIME MODE indicate (20:00), DISTANCE MODE indicate (0.00), CALORIES
MODE indicate (0:00).

Each segment time is setting time ÷ 20.
5) BODY FAT Mode

Press MODE : User can set TIME MODE DISTANCE CALORIES MODE P1...
P5 BODYFAT HRC in turn, the setting mode value will blink.
Press ENTER : During BODY FAT Mode, user can set AGE HEIGHT SEX WEIGHT
into BODY FAT Mode.
Press SPEED + / - : User can
AGE : Preset is 30
HEIGHT : Preset is 170 cm, adjustable range is 130 cm ~ 200 cm.
SEX : Preset is Male (1), Female is (0).
WEIGHT : Preset is 70 KGS, adjustable range is 23 KGS ~ 130 KGS.
PANEL WINDOW INDICATION
TIME / AGE : Indicate AGE.

DISTANCE / HEIGHT : Indicate HEIGHT.
CALORIES / INCLINE / SEX : Indicate SEX.
SPEED : No Indicate.
Pulse / WEIGHT : Indicate WEIGHT.
BODY FAT Mode
After WEIGHT was setting, and it will detect heart rate, and Pulse display will show “----”,
10 seconds later Pulse display will show the BODY FAT value.
After detected BODY FAT value, 10 seconds later back to START / READY Mode
automatically.
During detect the BODY FAT, there is no function to press ENTER.
During detect the BODY FAT, if no detect heart rate within 30 seconds, the display will show
E4, press MODE or press STOP / RESET last 5 seconds, then back to START / READY
Mode.
6) HRC Mode
START / READY Mode
Press MODE : User can set TIME MODE DISTANCE CALORIES MODE P1...
P5 BODYFAT HRC in turn, the setting mode value will blink.
Press ENTER into the HRC Mode. Press SPEED + / - : User can adjust AGE (13 ~ 80).
Then press ENTER into the heart rate adjustment. Press SPEED + / - : User can adjust
heart rate target value.
It will detect heart rate change after 2 minutes later, each 10 seconds detects one time. Each time
it detects, it will increase / decrease speed 0.2 KM / HR. Incline will increase / decrease 1 degree,
after speed increases one time the incline will increase one degree. If no heart rate is detected after
2 minutes later, the display will show a warning sign and if no further heart rate is detected within the
next 30 seconds; the treadmill will stop running.
7) COOL DOWN Mode
SPORT MODE
Press COOL DOWN, into the COOL DOWN Mode.
COOL DOWN Mode
Into the COOL DOWN Mode, the display will show COOL blinking and returns back to the
original display after 3 seconds.
Countdown 4 minutes, the running speed will decrease to half, the incline will reduce to 0,
each 1 minute that passes by; the speed will again decrease to half until the time is over and
returns back to the START / READY Mode.
Press STOP / RESET : STOP running, press STOP / RESET again, all values will delete and
return back to the START / READY Mode.

8) OPERATION Mode
1) Turning on the treadmill where all displays will show for 3 seconds and BEEP one time then
transitioning into the user WEIGHT setting mode.
2) General Mode : The display will show MENU, then press START.
3) Time Countdown Mode : After turning on the treadmill, press MODE one time, the time display
will blink; preset timer is 20 minutes, then press SPEED FAST / SLOW will adjust target time
(5:00 ~ 99:00 minutes).
4) Distance countdown mode : After turning on the treadmill press MODE twice time, distance
display will blink; preset distance is 5 Km, then press SPEED FAST / SLOW will adjust target
distance (1.0 Km ~ 99.00 Km).
5) Calorie countdown mode : After turning on the treadmill press MODE three times, the calorie
display will blink; preset calorie is 200 calories, then press SPEED FAST / SLOW will adjust
target calorie (40 calories ~ 999 calories).
6) PROGRAM mode : After turning on the treadmill press MODE 4 ~ 8 times, the time and display
will blink; preset countdown is 20 minutes, then press SPEED +/- will adjust target time (5:00 ~
99:00 minutes), press INCLINE +/- to adjust the level (L1 ~ L5).
9) LEVEL Mode
Each increase of 1 LEVEL, the speed is increased 0.5 KM / HR, incline is increased to 1 degree, all
is 5 LEVEL.
Under the sport mode Calories / INCLINE display; the preset shows Calories, pressing ENTER can
switch change Calories / INCLINE.
SAFETY KEY / CLIP FUNCTION
During exercise, if there is any problem or accident please do not hesitate to pull off the safety key /
clip, the treadmill will stop operation immediately.
