HUD -1 EZ BUILDING CARE AND MAINTAINENCE

 We recommend the structure be stained and sealed with a

weatherproof type product after installation.

 We recommend assembly and construction begin as soon as the

package is opened. The building MUST be placed on a level and

square solid foundation.

 We recommend to not leave material laying out over an extended

amount of time – especially in direct sunlight – as this may cause

warping and/or damage – especially to smaller component pieces

such as trim boards, hardware, etc…

 We recommend to place a roof covering as soon as the structure

is completed to avoid damages and leaks of the interior floor

boards.

 We recommend the use of a rubber or wood mallet only during

construction of the structure. A hammer should only be used with

the blocks provided to set the wall, window, and door selections.

 Only place nail and screws in recommended areas as outlined in

the instruction manual.

 Adjust all windows and doors by turning the exterior hinges

clockwise or counter-clockwise until alignment is made.

 Do not modify any piece of the structure unless it is noted in the

instructions it is Ok to do so.
