Completely remove all plastic
bags and packing materials before
using this product to prevent a
possible choking hazard.
NEVER leave child in product
with sides lowered. Be sure sides
are raised and locked in position
whenever child is in product. Infant
may roll into space between pad
and loose mesh side causing
suffocation.
Never use this product if there
are any loose or missing fasteners,
loose joints, broken parts, or torn
mesh/fabric. Check before assembly
and periodically during use. Contact
Combi for replacement parts. Never
subsitute parts.
Never use plastic shipping bags
or other plastic film as mattress
covers not sold and intended for
that purpose. They can cause
suffocation.
Play Yard, including side rails
must be fully erected prior to use.
Make sure all latches are secure.
To reduce the risk of SIDS,
pediatricians recommend healthy
infants be placed on their back to
sleep, unless otherwise advised by
your physician.
NEVER lift or carry play yard,
bassinet or changing table while
occupied.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD
Infants can suffocate
• In gaps between a mattress too
small or too thick and product sides.
• On soft bedding
NEVER add a mattress, pillow,
comforter or padding. Use ONLY
mattress/pad provided by Combi.
Strings can cause strangulation!
NEVER place items with a string
around a child’s neck such as hood
strings or pacifier cords. NEVER
suspend strings over product or
attach strings to toys.
Discontinue use of the Play Yard
when child is able to climb out or
reaches the height of 35 in.
When child is able to pull to
standing position, remove bumper
pads, large toys, and other objects
that could serve as steps for climbing
out.
NEVER place Play Yard near a
window where cords from blinds or
drapes can strangle a child.
Always provide the supervision
necessary for the continued safety
of your child. When used for playing,
never leave child unattended.
Use ONLY mattress provided by
manufacturer which must be at least
38 inches long by 26 inches wide
and not more than 1 inch thick.
NEVER use a water mattress
with this product.
FALL HAZARD – To help prevent
falls, do not use this product when
the infant begins to push up on
hands and knees or has reached
manufacturer’s recommended
maximum weight, whichever comes
first.
Never leave bassinet or
changing table in place when child
is in the Play Yard.

Play Yard Attachments
SUFFOCATION HAZARD
Infants can suffocate:
- In gaps between an extra pad and
side of the bassinet
- On soft bedding
NEVER add a mattress, pillow, com-
forter, or padding. Use ONLY the pad
provided by manufacturer.
If a sheet is used with the pad, use
only the one provided by the bassi-
net manufacturer or one specifically
designed to fit the dimensions of the
bassinet mattress.

Unpacking the Play Yard
1. Remove the Play Yard from the the Travel Bag as shown
in figure 1.
2. Unfasten the hook and loop straps around the Play Yard
as shown in figure 2.
3. Remove the Mattress Pad from around the Play Yard by
unfolding as shown in figure 3.
Setting Up Your Play Yard

IMPORTANT
DO NOT push center
of Play Yard floor
down until all top rails
are locked. If rails do
not lock, lift center of
Play Yard floor higher.
Locking the Play Yard Rails
1. Hold the handle on the Play Yard floor
upright while lifting up the short rails,
one at a time, until they are locked into
position. (figure 4)
2. While keeping the handle upright, slightly
spread the legs of the Play Yard and lift up
the long rails, one at a time, until they are
locked into position. (figure 5)
3. Once all the rails are locked into position,
spread out the Play Yard and press handle
down on the center of the floor. (figure 6)
4. Add mattress to Play Yard with soft side up.
DO NOT use Play yard without mattress.

Folding and Storing the Play Yard
Folding the Play Yard
1. Remove the mattress pad from the bottom of the Play Yard.
2. Pull back the hook and loop fastener covering the center
handle. Lift the handle and pull up. Be sure to lift the
handle high to allow the side rails to unlock.
3. Beginning with the short rails, press the release button
while lifting up to unlock. (figure 8)
4. With the release button still depressed, push the side rails
downward to fold. (figure 9) If the side rails will not unlock,
lift the handle in the center of the Play Yard higher and try
again.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 on the long rails.
6. Once all the rails are unlocked, bring the four corners of the
Play Yard to the center to fold. (figure 10)
7. Take the mattress pad, with the cushion side facing inwards
and the white hook and loop strap at the top of the play
yard, and wrap it around the folded Play Yard.
8. Pull the middle hook and loop strap through the bracket
on the Play Yard then through the loop on the mattress as
shown in figure 11. Pull the top and bottom hook and loop
fasteners through the plastic loops on the mattress pad and
attach.
Storing the Play Yard in the Travel Bag
1. Hold the Play Yard by the floor handle which should be at
the top and slide wheels first into the travel bag. (figure 12)
2. Pull the zipper up to close the travel bag. (figure 13)

Assembling the Changing Table
1. Remove the Changing Table from the side pocket of the
Travel Bag. (figure 14)
2. Pull back fabric cover on each side to locate metal bars.
Insert both sides of changing table frame into opposite side
of frame while pressing silver pins. (figure 15)
3. Be sure silver pin locks into small hole
opening. Pull bars to ensure they are secure.
Disassembling the Changing Table
1. Pull back fabric cover on each side and press the silver pin
while pulling the changing table frame apart.
2. Fold the changing table in half and store in the side
compartment of the Travel Bag. (figure 16)
Attaching the Changing Table to the Play Yard
1. Attach both plastic hooks to Play Yard (end with wheels)
with changing table facing up. (figure 17)
2. Attach snaps on fabric panel to snaps located at the end of
Play yard. (figure 18)
3. Thread the hook & loop straps on the changing table
through the plastic loops, located on the front and back
sides of the Play Yard, and attach. (figure 19)
Removing the Changing Table from the Play Yard
1. Reverse the instructions above for attaching the changing
table.
WARNING
Never leave bassinet or changing table in place
when child is in the Play Yard.
Using the Changing Table
1. Once the changing table is securely fastened to the Play
Yard, place the baby on the changing table.
2. Place the straps around the baby’s body and fasten the
strap buckle. (figure 20)

Attaching the Vibration Unit
1. Place the Vibration Unit in the bottom of the Bassinet with the
adapter hole closest to the adapter wire and fasten the hook and
loop straps around it as shown in figure 26.
2. Plug the adapter wire into the Vibration Unit as shown in figure 27.
3. Plug the other end of the adapter wire to the Control Unit and slide
it over the side of the Play Yard rail as shown in figure 28 & 29.
4. Place the mattress pad in the Bassinet as shown in figure 30.

Assembling and Using the Bassinet
Assembling the Bassinet
1. There are 8 metal bars that come with the Bassinet. Attach
two together by pressing in the metal pin and pushing
together until the pin locks in the hole. Do the same for
the remaining 6 metal bars to create 4 total support rods as
shown in figure 21.
2. With the Bassinet lying flat on the floor, insert the
support bars into the fabric sleeves of the Bassinet both
horizontally and vertically as shown in figure 22 & 23.
Each fabric sleeve opening has a flap to prevent the support
bars from coming out easily. You will need to lift this flap
gently to insert the support bar into each sleeve. Once the
support bar is inserted, ensure the flap is repositioned to
cover the opening.
3. Attach the Bassinet to the Play Yard by snapping the plastic
hooks along the Play Yard side rails as shown in figure 24 &
25.

Attaching the Canopy

1. Open Canopy and rotate inner stay so canopy forms an arch.
2. Snap the sides of the Canopy onto the side rails of the Play
Yard as shown in figure 31.
3. Hook the clips on the rear of the Canopy underneath the
corner posts of the Play Yard as shown in Figure 32.
4. Attach the toys to the Canopy as shown in figure 33.

1. Press appropriate button to select desired feature(s).
- Music button plays 3 different lullaby songs. Press the button to cycle
through the different songs.
- Nature sound button plays 3 different nature sounds. Press the button to cycle
through the different sounds.
- Press the vibration button to turn the vibration on.
- Press the light button to turn the light on.
- Press the stop button button to turn all features off.
- There is a plug-in MP3 player function. Connect an MP3 player to the musical
control unit with a mini to mini connector.
* This unit is equipped with a Safety feature that will result in broken or interrupted sound
if the volume is too high.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT Battery not included.
1. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove screw from battery compartment door.
2. Lift the battery compartment door open.
3a. Vibration Control Unit: Insert three “AAA” alkaline batteries, as indicated inside the bat-
tery compartment.
3b. Vibration Unit: Insert three size “AA” alkaline batteries, as indicated inside the battery
compartment.
4. Replace the battery compartment door.
Light, Sound and Vibration
Note:
– Remove the battery during long periods of non-use. Never leave a discharged battery
in the Play Yard. Battery leakage and corrosion can damage this product.
– Do not attempt to recharge a non-rechargeable battery.
– Remove a rechargeable battery from the Play Yard before recharging.
– Avoid Short-circuiting the terminals of the battery.
– Do not mix old and new batteries.
– Do not mix alkaline, standard (Carbon-Zinc) or rechargeable (Nickel-Cadmium) batteries.
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to
provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not
installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference

interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the

Routine Maintenance
STORE IN A COOL AND DRY AREA, especially in the summer. Do not store the Play Yard in the trunk
of a vehicle.
MAIN BODY AND BASSINET
Briskly wipe off any mud and dirt. To clean the body, wipe with a damp cloth then wipe out any traces
of moisture on the body with a dry cloth. The main body might become moldy and musty if not wiped
dry.
Excessive exposure to the sun could cause premature color fading of fabric.
MATTRESS AND BAG
DO NOT machine wash. Clean with mild soap and a damp cloth.
LIMITED WARRANTY
1. Combi Juvenile Products, when purchased from an authorized retailer; are warranted to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Warranty
is valid for products purchased and used in the U.S. only, and used in compliance with the warrantor’s
use and maintenance instructions. Save your carton and receipt. These items may be required in case
of return for warranty service.
2. During the warranty period your Combi product will either be repaired or replaced, at the warrantor’s
discretion, without charge for replacement parts if it is purchased from an authorized Combi dealer
and is found to be defective in workmanship or materials. For service, call 1-803-548-6633. The con
sumer will be responsible for all shipping and handling.
This limited warranty shall not apply to normal wear to the product, or if the product has been:
a. Damaged due to accidents, misuse, abuse or neglect as determined by Combi.
b. Tampered with or repaired by other than an authorized Combi repair center or with parts
other than Combi approved parts.
c. Leased or rented for commercial use.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. WARRANTOR’S OBLIGATIONS AND THE CONSUMER’S
OR OTHER BUYER’S REMEDIES UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE STRICTLY
LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS STATED. ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ON THE
PART OF THE WARRANTOR AND ANY SUPPLIER OR DEALER ARE HEREBY ALSO EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
Some states limit or do not allow exclusions or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of inciden-
tal or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty
