LEM 517 is a multifunctional attachment compatible with LEM grinders. It can assist you in creating uniform patties in three different sizes - 3/8 inch, as well as jerky strips or snack sticks. The attachment comes with a patty maker head, meat chute, and a roll of waxed paper. To use the patty maker, attach it to the grinder, insert the meat chute, and thread the waxed paper between the patty machine and the meat chute. Start grinding and the extruded meat will automatically push the paper down the tray, creating patties. You can cut the patties to your desired size or cut them later.
