Encore USB 2.0 PCI Controller Card is a value-added, high speed I/O adapter that works with

USB peripherals, such as printers, webcams, hard drives and MP3 players. It provides

backward compatibility to USB 1.1 devices as well as up-to-480Mbps connections to USB 2.0

products. It has four external ports and 1 internal port; each port automatically detects the

correct speed and functions of the attached device.

ENLUSB2-5PCI-BR’s hot swapping feature allows you to attach or remove devices without

turning your system off. In addition, the 480Mbps data transfer rate makes this I/O card ideal

for external storage, backup, networking and video devices. Attach as many USB peripherals

as you need* without cluttering your desktop or re-configuring your computer settings.

*You can connect up to 127 USB products by cascading USB 2.0 hubs, such as Encore 4-Port

USB Hub (ENU-4USB)
