Thedurationofyourexercisesessionisdependentonyourfitnesslevel.Ingeneral,
itisrecommendedthatyoumaintainyourheartrateinthetrainingzoneforatleast
20minutestorealizeanaerobicbenefit.Asyourfitnesslevelincreases,youwillbe
abletomaintainyourheartrateinthetrainingzoneforlongerperiods,usually
between30and40minutes.
Whenfirststartingyourworkout,usethefirstseveralminutestowarmup,andthen

zone.Attheendofyourworkout,graduallydecreaseyourworkload,thenexercise
lightlyasacooldown.
Aerobicexercises,toachievethegreatestbenefits,shouldbeperformed3-5timesa

Duringyourworkout,ifyouadjustthestridelengthbutitcannotmoveabitandthe

ERR7isaself-diagnosticcodetoalertyoutoaproblemwiththeelectronicstride
adjustmentmechanism.
WhenVRcannotreadtheregularvoltage,theERR7willshowupfor5seconds,
andreturntothenormaldisplay.IftheSTRIDEorbuttonispressed,ERR7
