Product Return Policy

To return a product, send us an email at [email protected] or call us at

(888) 843 3186 call within 30 days of purchase. You may return any non-clearance,

non-custom item and choose between a product exchange, refund to your credit

card (less shipping and a 20% restock fee) or a stock credit for 100% of the

purchase price, less shipping. Prior authorization is required prior to any return. You

will be sent a Product Return Form (PRF) via email with a Return Authorization

Number (RAN). Complete the PRF and email it back to [email protected]

Once a RAN has been issued, the returned product must be received by Mack Boots

USA within 2 weeks from the date of issue otherwise the RAN will be voided.

Merchandise must be in new, unused and resalable condition to qualify for either

credit or exchange. Shoes must show no signs of wear, all shoe tags are to be intact

and still attached to the shoes and all packaging must be intact and in as new,

resalable condition. Include a copy of your PRF. A copy of your original receipt or

proof of purchase must also be supplied. Send the product via a shipping service

that ensures the package can be traced.

Any "free with purchase" items must also be returned with the purchased item or

customer will be charged the current market value for that item.

Custom orders including logo orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If there is a problem with your order, if we send you the wrong item or if the item is

damaged in shipment, just let us know and we'll fix the problem right away at no

additional cost to you.! !
