Microdia AiroBlue G5 pro is a Bluetooth Headset, that can connect to a Bluetooth enabled phone or other Bluetooth device, at a distance of less than 10m. It has a battery that lasts for several hours of talk time, and can be recharged using either an AC charging adapter or a USB cable. The Headset has a multi-function button that can be used to turn the Headset on or off, answer or end calls, adjust the volume, mute the microphone, and reject calls. The Headset also supports the function of voice dialing, if your phone has this function.

Before you use your Headset
1. The AiroBlue G5-pro Bluetooth Headset complies with Bluetooth V1.2 and supports the Bluetooth Headset
Profile and Bluetooth Hands-free Profile.
2. The AiroBlue G5-pro Bluetooth Headset must be fully charged (for at least 3 hours) before you use it in the
first time.
3. Pair the AiroBlue G5-pro Bluetooth Headset to your Bluetooth phone or other Bluetooth device before using
the headset.
4. Make sure the distance between Headset and phone, or other Bluetooth device, is less than 10m.
Distance should be shortened if there is any barrier in between.
5. [Short Press] mentioned is this manual refers to key-press time less than 1 second; [Long Press] refers to
key-press time more than 3 seconds but less than 5 seconds.
Battery charge
AiroBlue G5-pro Headset has two charging modes:
Using AC charging adapter:
1. Connect AC charging adapter to USB cable
2. Plug the charging adapter into AC outlet. Plug charging adapter into AiroBlue G5-pro Headset. The red
indicator light should turn on when connected
3. Headset is fully charged when red indicator light goes out.
4. Unplug the charging adapter from outlet. Unplug USB cable from headset.
Using USB cable:
1. Connect USB cable to PC or other devices which could provide USB power
2. Plug USB cable to AiroBlue G5-pro Headset. The red indicator light should turn on when Headset is
connected to power.
3. Headset is fully charged when red indicator light goes out.
4. Unplug USB cable from power supply devices. Unplug USB cable from Headset.
Turning On/Off Bluetooth Headset
Turning the Headset ON: Press multi-function button for 5 seconds until blue light blinks 5 times or Headset
beeps twice, then release the multi-function button. The power is on.
Turning the Headset OFF: Press the multi-function button for 3 seconds until red light blinks quickly or
Headset beeps twice, then release the key. The power is off.
Pairing Headset to your phone
Before using AiroBlue G5-pro Headset, make sure that the Headset is paired to your phone or other Bluetooth
devices.
1. Ensure the Headset is power off before pairing.
2. Press the multi-function button for 7 seconds until red and blue lights blink alternately, then release. The
headset is now ready for pairing.
3. To allow your phone to [find] the Bluetooth Headset, consult your phone’s operation guide. After you
begin, it will take several seconds to pair the Headset to your phone.
4. You phone should display Bluetooth Headset’s name after pairing. Choose [AiroBlue G5-pro] and confirm.
5. You must enter PIN = 000; pairing is started after PIN confirmation.
6. Blue light should come on instead of red and blue lights blinking alternately after pairing is successfully
completed.
Making a call
Make sure the Headset is connected to your phone before you make a call. The Headset can support the function
of [voice dialing] if you phone has this function. For details on voice-dialing, see your phones operation guide.
1. Voice dialing: Press the multi-function button until the Headset beeps. It indicates that you can now say
interlocutor name.
2. Using your phone’s keypad: Dial numbers in the normal way. You can hear on the Headset when the call
is connected.

3. Re-dialing the last dialed number: Press longer the [volume increase] or [volume decrease] key
Answering an incoming call
Before using the headset to answer an incoming call, make sure that your Headset is connected to your phone and
that the phone has stored the pairing information of the Bluetooth Headset.
1. When there is an incoming call, the ring tone is heard from the Headset and the blue indicator light blinks
quickly. Press the multi-function key shortly and then release to answer the phone.
2. If [automatic answer] function is set on your phone, the Headset automatically answers the call when it
rings
3. If the Headset is off when there is an incoming call, press the multi-function key longer to turn on the
Headset, and then press it shortly to answer the call.
Ending a call
When using AiroBlue G5-pro Bluetooth Headset, you can end a call in any of these ways:
1. Shortly press the multi-function key on the Headset
2. Press the end key on the phone
3. The call will end automatically when the person you are talking to hangs up
Call transfer
1. When having a call, you can transfer the call from the headset to phone in any of these ways:
Press and hold multi-function button until the Headset beeps 2 times
Use the relevant button on the phone
Turn off the Headset
2. Press longer the multi-function button again until you hear another two beeps or use relevant button on
the phone to transfer the call from phone back to the Headset: if the Headset is off, just turn it on and press
shortly the multi-function button
Volume Adjustment
During a call, you can adjust the volume through the volume button
1. Press the [volume increase] button to increase volume
2. Press the [volume decrease] button to decrease volume
Mute
1. During a call, press and hold multi-function button and the [volume decrease] button at the same time
until you hear an inflection, then the microphone will be in the mute mode, and the other side will not be
able to hear your voice.
2. With the Headset in mute mode, do the same was as in step 1 in order to bring the microphone back to the
normal state.
Call reject
When using AiroBlue G5-pro, you can reject calls in any way of the following:
1. Press and hold multi-function button until you hear a long toot.
2. Press the [END] button on the phone
3. The call will end automatically if the other side waits too long.
3-way call
The Headset can support the function of [3-way call] if your SIM card supplier allows this function. When you are
having a call and wanted by another call.
1. Press and hold multi-function button until you hear a beep first and the and inflection thus you can remain
the active call and pick up the latter one.
2. Press shortly multi-function button until the Headset beeps, you can end the active call and pick up the
latter one.
3. Press and hold the [volume increase] button until you hear an inflection, then you can enter a 3-way call:
during the call, press and hold the [volume decrease] button until you hear 2 beeps first and then an
inflection, you can end all calls.

Low battery alert
When the battery is running out of power, the headset indicator will flash from blue to red and a beeping sound will
be heard every 20 seconds indicating that the battery needs to be recharged.
