Falcon E350/30 is a four hotplate range designed for commercial kitchens. It is made of stainless steel and has adjustable feet for leveling. The hotplates have a temperature limiting device to prevent overheating. The appliance can be operated on either a 3 phase/4 wire AC supply or a single phase AC supply. It has a user-friendly control panel with pilot lamps for each hotplate, and a thermostat to control the oven temperature. The oven also has an interior light for visibility.
