machine.Whenacustomerhasaconcernonhismachineitisusuallybecauseafunctionorsystemonhismachine
isnotworkingatall,isnotworkingefficiently,orisnotrespondingcorrectlytohiscommands.Whenyourefertothe
technicalinformationinthismanualtoresolvethatcustomersconcern,youwillfindalltheinformationclassifiedusing
thenewICEcoding,accordingtothefunctionsorsystemsonthatmachine.Onceyouhavelocatedthetechnical
informationforthatfunctionorsystemthenyouwillfindallthemechanical,electricalorhydraulicdevices,compo

1.Fastenersshouldbereplacedwiththesameorhighergrade.Ifhighergradefastenersareused,theseshould
onlybetightenedtothestrengthoftheoriginal.
2.Makesurethefastenersthreadsarecleanandthatthreadengagementisstarted.Thiswillpreventthemfrom
failingwhenbeingtightened.
3.Tightenplasticinsertorcrimpedsteeltypelocknutstoapproximately50%ofthedrytorque,appliedtothenut,
nottothebolthead.Tightentoothedorserratedtypelocknutstothefulltorquevalue.
4.TheL9(Alloy)fastenerstorquevaluesareforabolt,nut,andtwowashers.
WhenusingL9(Alloy)fasteners,donotusethevaluesinthistablefortappedholes.
