Chipolino Kid's toy tricycle Pulse is a functional toy designed to help children develop coordination and balance while having fun.  DO NOT allow presence of children under 3 years before assembly of the TOY is complete.

 DO NOT let other children push the tricycle!

 The TOY is NOT suitable for running or skating!

 DO NOT let the child stand on the footrest or the seat to avoid injury.

 The child must wear shoes when using the TOY!

 DO NOT tie strings or accessories to the TOY in order to avoid the risk of suffocation.

 DO NOT place more than 0,2 kg load in the front storage basket.

 DO NOT place more than 0,5 kg load in the rear storage basket.

 DO NOT put items or luggage in the handle bar or the parent handle in order to avoid risk of injury

resulting from the toy’s instability and tipping over!

 DO NOT place items or heavy objects in the TOY or on it during storage or transportation to avoid

damage to the frame.

 DO NOT use another transport means to move the TOY by pulling it.

 DO NOT allow the child using the TOY or other children around it to touch the wheels or put items in

them.

 Use away from rivers, pools, stairs or hurdles!

IMPORTANT! Follow exactly the instructions given and check the pictures.

IMPORTANT! AFTER EACH OPERATION, MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE FOLLOWED

THE INSTRUCTIONS CORRECTLY AND THE FIXING IS STABLE!

CAUTION! Make sure all

are tight but not overtighten them. If some parts are loose this could

cause disintegration of the tricycle and injury to your child.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Needed tools: screwdriver and wrench (not included).

ASSEMBLY

1. ASSEMBLY OF REAR WHEELS

1-1 – Place the rear wheels onto rear axles.

1-2and1–3–Assembletherearaxlestothetubesoftheframeuntiltheyxandyouhearaclicksound

1-4 – Place the decorative caps on both rear wheels

2. ASSEMBLY OF FORK AND FRENOT WHEEL

2-2–Firstassemblethemudguardtotheforkandxitwiththescrew.Afterthatplacethewheeltothe

tubes of fork and press until you hear click and pins jump out of the openings.

Insert the tube of the fork through the opening at front frame.

2-1 – Put the handlebar through the front basket and to the fork tube.

2-2 – Fix it by moving the red lever up.

3. ASSEMBLY OF STEERING BAR

3-2 – Place the cover with screw on the steering bar and after that the front storage basket

3-3–Attachthesteeringbartotheforkwithpressureuntilyouhearclickanditxes.

Tighten the screw on the cover.

4. ASSEMBLY OF SEAT

4-2 – Attach the seat holder to the frame with screw and nut.

4-3 – Assemble the seat to the seat holder with screws and nuts.

5. ASSEMBLY OF FRONT BUMPER AND FABRIC COVER

5-2 – Place the front bumper onto the tubes of hear holder.

5-3 – Assemble the head rest to the tubes of seat holder with screws and nuts. Place the fabric cover

overtheseatandheadsupportasgureshows.

6. ASSEMBLY OF CANOPY

Place the tubes of the canopy to the corresponding holes of the head support. Fix with screws and nuts.

7. ASSEMBLY OF REAR STORAGE BASKET

Placetherearstoragebaskettotheframeandxwithscrewwithplastichead.

8. ASSEMBLY OF PARENT HANDLE

8-1–InserthandleIIfromdownsidethroughthereartubeoftheframeasgureshowsandplacethe

washer.

8-2–PlacetheconnectoronhandleIandxitwithscrewandnut.InserthandleIinhandleII.Fixwith

screw and nut and tighten with the red lever.

9. ASSEMBLY OF LEG REST

Press the pin and assemble the leg rest to the frame of tricycle until you hear click sound and leg rest

xes.

10. ASSEMBLY OF STEERING ROD

Insert one end of the steering rod into the fork and the other one – to the parent handle with screw and

nut.

USING THE TRICYCLE BY THE CHILD

(AFTER YOU REMOVE THE CANOPY AND PARENT HANDLE).

MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES

 Periodically check the good working order of the tricycle parts.

 Do not wash the TOY and do not soak it in water. Use a soft damp cloth and water or neutral liquid

detergent.

 Do not use aggressive detergents, containing abrasive particles, ammonia, bleach or spirits.

 Regularly oil the moving parts.

 Do not use on sand.

 Do not store the TOY in hot environment, in order to avoid the plastic parts from deforming.

 the TOY to dry out fully Store the TOY in clean and dry place indoors. Do not expose to direct

sunlight, moisture or harsh weather!

 Always let before storing or using the TOY fully dry, in order to avoid mold and rust.
