nsure

located at the back of your player. Install your player horizontally

, on a suitable base (furniture), w

enough space around it for ventilation (7 - 10 cm

).

sure the ventilation slots are not covered.

the player, be sure the disc tray is em

pty

This player is designed for continuous use. Sw

itching

off the D

V

D

player to the stand-by m

ode

does

not disconnect the electricity supply. In order to separate the player com

pletely

from

the m

ains,

it has

to be disconnected by unplugging the m

ains

plug, especially w

hen left unused for a long period of

tim

e.

If your player or a disc have been stored in a cold atm

osphere,

as for exam

ple

during transportation

in the w

inter, w

ait for approxim

ately

2 hours until they have reached room

tem

perature.

Protect the player from

dam

pness

and excess heat (fireplace) or equipm

ent

creating strong m

agnetic

or electric fields (i. e. speakers ...). D

isconnect

the pow

er

cable from

the m

ains

electricity supply if

the player m

alfunctions.

Your player is not intended for industrial use bu t for dom

estic

purposes

not place your eyes close to the opening of the disc tray or any other opening to look inside the

player.

3 - For your safety

fingers on the border or hole.

(in case of a single-sided disc).

place the disc properly into the tray using the proper guide area.

since circular scratches are likely to occur and could cause noise during playback.
