to your phone.

As a first-time user, please open the JoyHome APP and tap “Register new account” to

complete the registration process. If you have an user account already, please skip the

above step to login.

Under registration, please choose the correct Country/Region. If you cannot receive the

Verification Code through phone, please try to register via an e-mail address. When you

are checking the Verification Code in E-mail Box, please also check the Spam Box.

* Only 2.4 G Wi-Fi signal is supported. Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is 2.4 G before connecting.

* The distance among Wi-Fi router, vacuum and phone should be short when connecting.

* Log out first when you need to connect the vacuum to other phones.

Configure Network and Connection

General Mode

1. Turn on the Main Switch on the bottom of the vacuum.

2. Make sure the Wi-Fi indicator light on the vacuum is rapidly blinking (twice per second).

If not, please press and hold the Auto & Home Buttons together on the surface of the

vacuum for 5 seconds until you hear two beeping sounds.

3. Tap the "Confirm indicator rapidly blink" on the APP.

1. Choose your Wi-Fi name, and then enter the Wi-Fi password correctly.

2. Please be noted if you enter a wrong password, the APP will not inform you.

Step 3: Connect Successfully

Wait for seconds until the APP shows your vacuum in the list.

AP Mode

* If you can not connect your phone to the vacuum under the general mode, please change

to choose the AP Mode.

1. Turn on the Main Switch on the bottom of the vacuum.

2. Open the APP, choose your device series, and then tap the "AP Mode" on the Top Right Corner.

Step 2: Before Connecting

1. Make sure the Wi-Fi indicator light on the vacuum is slowly blinking rather than

blinking very fast. If not, press and hold the Auto & Home Buttons together on

the surface of the vacuum for 5 seconds until you hear two beeping sounds,

at this moment the Wi-Fi light is rapidly blinking. And then immediately repeat

to press and hold the Auto & Home Buttons together for 5 seconds for the

second time, until you hear two beeping sounds again. Now the Wi-Fi

indicator light becomes slowly blinking.

2. Tap the "Confirm indicator slowly blink" on the APP.

3. Choose your Wi-Fi name and enter its correct password, then tap "OK".

4. Please be noted if you enter the password wrong, the APP will not inform you.

Step 3: Start to Connect

1. Tap "Go connect" and the phone will automatically open your setting page or your WLAN list.

2. Choose the Vacuum Name (SmartLife-XXXX) in your WLAN list and wait for the √ showing.

3. Back to the JoyHome APP and tap “config” to continue connecting.

4. Wait for seconds until the APP shows your vacuum in the list.

Connect to Alexa (Amazon Echo) or Google (Google Home)

Before Connecting

1. Make sure the vacuum has been connected to the JoyHome APP already.

2. Plug in your Alexa or Google device in advance.

Connecting

1. Add a new device in Amazon Alexa or Google Home and choose yours, if you have get your

device connected before, please skip this step.

2. Search “smart life” under the “Skills & Games” page in Amazon Alexa or under “Home Control”

page in Google Home.

3. Enable the “smart life” to use, it will automatically open a web page.

4. Enter your JoyHome account and password in the web page, and tap “Link Now”.

Tap your account head portrait in the JoyHome APP, and refer to “More Services” for more

detailed instructions.

APP Function Instructions

Under "Remote Control" or "More" or "..." page, you will be able to enjoy more

functions of the APP.

Please note the vacuum can only be controlled by multiple phones at a same

time by using the “Share Device” function. Make sure other users own a JoyHome

account already. If you need to connect the vacuum to other phones separately,

please log out first.
