product. Make sure all the parts and hardware are included in the carton and examine them for any
damage that may have occurred in transport. Some parts may be pre-assembled and pre-installed.

Step 1. Fasten resistance Adjustment Knob(12) into the Main Frame(1).

Step 1. Place Stepper on flat surface and make sure stepper is level.
Both stepper foot pedals should be in the down position (fig 1).
Turn Resistance Adjustment Knob until one of the foot pedals rises. The higher the
pedal rises the stronger is the resistance (fig 2).
You can test the resistance and Adjust resistance accordingly.
Max Resistance For highest resistance level keep turning the knob as far inward
as possible until the pedal has reached its maximum height.
By turning the knob to the minus – side decreases resistance.
Turning to plus + side increases resistance. SEE USAGE GUIDELINES PG. 9

This monitor uses one 1.5V battery.

Step 1. Lift out display monitor from frame tube
Step 2. Install Battery
Step 3. Press the red Mode button to check if the unit is working.
Step 4. Place monitor back into frame tube.

MODE: The red Mode button lets you to select
And lock on to a particular function you want.
OPERATION PROCEDURES
1. AUTO ON/OFF:
The system turns on when the MODE button is depressed
or when the system sensed a signal input from the speed sensor.
The system turns off automatically when the speed
sensor has no signal input or no key is pressed for
approximately 4 minutes.
2. RESET:
The unit can be reset by changing the battery or pressing the
MODE button for 3 seconds.
3. FUNCTION:
COUNT
The count displays in first view of LCD screen.
SELECT
You can operate the MODE button to select and lock on a
function in second view of LCD screen for the following sequence:

Place the equipment on a flat floor, put one foot onto one
pedal and pedal it down to its bottom position.
STEP 2: Keep balance and place your other foot onto the other
pedal of the mini stepper, as the first step.
STEP 3: Step slowly at the beginning and gradually increasing
speed. Additionally you can attach two Bungee Ropes to Left/Right
pedal arm and exercise your upper body as well.
