Torch geometry and material

Multilock Torch Body

−A patented interface that enables a quick and easy

torch body change.

−Torch body can be rotated 360°and fixed at the

desired angle for best possible welding even in hard-

to-reach positions.

−The 0°position is fixed by an anti-rotation device.

PullMig Torch Body

−One of the smallest and lightest PushPull welding torches

in the world

−Range of 10 m possible (use of long hose packages)

−Stable wire feed independent of material

−Frequently used for aluminium welding

−Optimized for a perfect wire feeding

−Wire inching without opening the feed rollers possible

−Flexible, rotating rubber anti kink feature for better

Cooling water cooled 500i

−Cooling was pulled forward as far as possible and also on

the outside

−At 500A the gas nozzle can be replaced after about 1 min

30 sec by hand without gloves.
