• Followtheinstructionsfordecommissioningasgivenintheengineoperatingandmaintenancemanual.
• Thehighpressurecleanermustbekeptinadry,cleanplacepayingattentionnottodamagethehigh
pressurehose.Engagethebrake(40)toavoidanyuncontrolledmovementsofthemachine.
NOTE: afteraprolongedperiodofnon-useyoucouldndafewdropsofwaterunderthepump.This
drippingnormallydisappearsafterafewhoursofuse.Ifitdoespersisthowever,contacta

• Removealldirtanddebrisfromthecoolingnsontheengine,fromtheairinlet
grids,fromthemechanismsandrevregulatorsprings(refertotheengineoperating
andmaintenancemanual).
Monthly • Cleanthewaterinletlter(18).
Unscrewthecap(47)witha27mm/1,06inxedjawspanner(notsupplied)and
takethecartridgeout(51),(seeFig.5).Itisnormallyenoughtoputthecartridge
underrunningwaterorblowitwithcompressedairtocleanit.Inthemostdicult
cases,useascaleremoverorreplaceit,contactinganauthorisedassistancecentre
tobuythenewcartridge.
Mountthecartridgeandscrewtheplugbackdown.
• Cleaningthetraylter(11).
Turntheringnut(34)anticlockwiseuntilitiscompletelyundone;griptheringnut
(32)withyourhandkeepingitstillandturningthebody(33)anticlockwiseuntilitis
completelyunscrewed;taketheltercartridgeoutandcleanitasexplainedabove;
inthecaseoftrulystubborndirtchangethecartridge,contactinga

fortherightcartridgetouse;repositionthecartridgeandclosethe
lter,turningthebody(33)rightdownclockwiseandkeepingtheringnut(32)
still;reconnecttheringnut(34)turningitclockwise.
• Cleanthenozzle.
Itisnormallyenoughtoputtheneedle(31)suppliedthroughtheholeofthe
nozzletocleanit.Iftheresultsarenotgood,replacethenozzlepurchasingitfrom
an authorised assistance centre.
Theprofessionalxedfannozzlemountedonthenozzleholderheads(27)canbe
replacedusinga14mm/0,55inboxspanner(notsupplied).
• Oilorgreasetherotatingorslidingpartstheoperatorisabletoreach(referalso
totheengineoperatingandmaintenancemanual).
• Checksoundnessofthewaterinletandoutletcircuits.
• Checktyreinationpressure.
• Checkclampingofthepumptotheengineandtheenginetotheframe.
