Test results list
This list appears on the right side of the screen and displays the results of the tests
performed on the sample currently selected in the sample selection list.
Test This column displays the test processed for the currently selected sample. If the
sample status is Ordered or Processing a symbol is displayed.
A symbol for the volumes to be used is displayed to the left of the test name. These
volumes are defined on Utility > Application > Analyze.
1st This column displays the first result of each test for the selected sample and any data
alarm associated with this result.
Rerun This column displays the rerun result of the test for the selected sample and any data
alarms associated with this test result.
A blue square indicates a test to be run with normal sample volume.
A dark blue triangle pointing up indicates a test is marked to be run with an increased
sample volume. This applies to photometric assays (D/P module) only.
A dark blue triangle pointing down indicates a test is marked to be run with a
decreased volume. This applies to photometric assays (D/P module) and the ISE
module.
A white triangle pointing down indicates a test is marked to be run with a dilution.
o Application-specific dilutions are performed automatically by the system.
o The D module does not perform dilutions but can use increased or decreased sample
volumes for the specific test.
o The P module performs dilutions and can pipette increased or decreased sample
volumes for the specific test.
o The E module cannot pipette increased or decreased sample volumes but is able to
perform dilutions. Not all dilution factors are available for all E module tests.
Incomplete test result displayed due to a too narrow column width
Characters in the 1st column can be hidden if the column width is set too small. As a
consequence, the test results can be misinterpreted.
o Check that all characters in the 1st column are displayed.
o Adjust the column width by selecting the column dividers in the list head and dragging
them to the left or right.
Incomplete test result displayed due to a too narrow column width
Characters in the Rerun column can be hidden if the column width is set too small. As a
consequence, the test results can be misinterpreted.
o Check that all characters in the Rerun column are displayed.
o Adjust the column width by selecting the column dividers in the list head and dragging
them to the left or right.
Additional tests with the same sample ID are displayed as open requests (ordered) and a
blue square in the Test column can be viewed on Workplace > Data Review.
