AEG 820D-M is a built-in chimney fume extractor hood that can be used either as an extractor or with a filtering function by fitting an activated carbon filter. It has two cursor switches for the various fan functions: one is for the fan speed and the other is for the hob light. The button with the D symbol is for switching on and off the hob light, and the button with the “ J.” symbol is used to adjust the fan speed or intensity.

The metal grease filters should be taken out every four weeks and washed either in the dishwashing machine or by hand.
