Introduction

Thisinstructioncoverstheprocedureforinstallingthepaperguideontothe

stepvan/warehouseprinterstandandmountingtheprintertothestand.

Preparingtheprinterstandforassembly

1. Placetheprinterstandonasuitableworksurface(i.e.workbench,desk,

etc).

2. Positiontheprinterstandwiththepaperinsertionopeningtowardfrontof

theworksurface.

3. Removethepaperguidewrappedinbubblewrapfromwithinthepaperbox.

4. Unwrapthepaperguide.

Installationofthepaperguide

1. Removethetwo(2)hexheadscrews/flatwasherslocatedonthetopplate

abovethepaperinsertionopening.







2. Slidethepaperguidebetweenthetopplateandthepaperboxandalignthe

slotsinthepaperguidewiththethreadedinsertsinthepaperbox.

3. Threadthehexheadscrews/flatwasherspartiallyintotheinsertsinthe

paperbox.

4. Fromlefttoright,centertheslotsinthepaperguidewiththehexhead

screw/flatwashers.







5. Tightenthehexheadscrews/flatwashersto28‐30in‐lb(3.1‐3.4N‐m)to

securethepaperguide.

Mountingoftheprintertothestand

1. Loosenthe5/16”hexnutthatholdsthemountingclampwitha1/2”wrench

andslideclamptowardstherearofthestand.

2. Withtheprinter’spapertractorfacingthefrontofthestand,insertthe

topplatehooksintotheslotsoftheprinteradapterplate.

3. Insertclampintoslotoftheprinteradapterplateandtightenthehexnut

to10‐12ft‐lb(13.6‐16.3N‐m).

4. Hooktheformededgeofthepaperguideovertheedgeoftheprinter.
