four-wheel
boom
cart
models,
the
stan
dard
CBC-8
and
the
heavy
duty
CBC-HD8,
for
mounting
semiautomatic
welding
systems.
These
carts
can
be
used
with
a
SWINGARC
12
boom
mounted
wire
feeder
or
a
CB-8
boom
with
a
50
Series
wire
feeder,
and
directly
mounts
any
of
the
following
welding
power
sources:
CP200,
CP-250TS,
CP-300,
CS-450,
DELTAWELD
Series,
INTELLIWELD
Series,
MC-300VS,
MP
Series,
PULSTAR
450,
and
300MT.
Other
welding
power
sources
can
be
mounted

the

with
locking
pin.

IMPORTANT:
Periodically
inspect
the
labels
on
this
unit
for
legibility.

Through
use,
the
steering
mechanisms
may
develop
too
much
freedom
of
movement.
A
hole
is
provided
in
the
cart
base
(see
Figure
3-1)
allowing
access
to
the
steer
ing
assembly
securing
nut.
Tighten
the
nut
and
back
off
sufficiently
to
allow
free
swivel
move
ment
of
the
steering
assembly.
Every
six
months
check
and
lubricate
the
wheel
axles,
king
pins,
and
steering
mechanisms
(if
necessary).
