Instruction of Digital Tire Pressure Gauge
Note: The screen is covered with a protective film. If need, you can tear it off.
Button ‘UNIT’: Turn on/off; Switch the pressure-measuring units.
Short press button ‘UNIT’ to power on; When power-on, short press ‘UNIT’ to switch
pressure-measuring units (3 ~ 200 PSI, 0.2 ~13.8 Bar, 0.2 ~ 14Kg/cm², 20 ~ 1380 kpa. ), while
long press to power off. After measuring tire pressure, auto off after 30 seconds without any
operation.
Button ‘LIGHT’: Light the screen again when the screen autos off.
When the screen autos off, press the light button, the screen will light up again and you can
continue to get the readings.
Trigger: Help to inflate tire.
When tire pressure is too low, connect air compressor with the tire gauge, and pinch the trigger,
then it starts to inflate.
Pressure Relief Button: Release air for the tires.
When tire pressure is too high, press the pressure relief button, it starts to release air.
Valve Core Controller: Help to control the tire valve core.
Use it to loose the tire valve core can deflate tire easily and use it to tighten the valve core can
avoid tire leaking.
For the tire valve, most of them are outside
the tire, then the straight lock-on air chuck
(Socket-style gas interface) of the tire gaug
e can directly connect with the valve stem to
work. While some tire valves are inside the
car tire, the air chuck of the tire gauge is
hard to reach and connect to work. Then
you need the 90 Degree Valve Extender.
Just connect the extender with the air chuck
first and then connect to the valve stem, it
can work.
This 90 Degree Valve Extender enables you
to enjoy easy access to the hard-to-reach
front and rear valve stems. This durable,
nickel plated, brass valve extender is angled
to lengthen your front or rear tire valves. It
makes checking and inflating your dual tires
easily.
Kindly Note:
1. When measuring tire pressure, tire should keep cool;
2. For the standard tire pressure, requirements of automobile factories or tire manufacturers shall
prevail.
3. Please pay attention to the rubber ring inside the industrial 1/4” quick connect plug and the
silicone sealing gasket at the end of rubber hose connecting the tire gauge’s main body. Well keep
them !
PS: Two rubber rings for the industrial 1/4” quick connect plug and two silicone sealing gaskets for
the hose are included for you.
How to Use:
1.Unscrew the lid of tire valve, which refers to the lid of gas nozzle on tire that used to
inflate.
2. Pinch the air chuck of the tire gauge and press it tightly on tire valve. Till they are perfectly
connected, then release the air chuck.
NOTE: When tire valve is outside, the air chuck can well connect tire valve. While tire valve is
inside, you may need to connect the included 90 Degree Valve Extender .
3. Tire gauge will display the tire pressure. If tire pressure is too high, press the pressure relief
button to release air and adjust the tire pressure to the proper; if too low, connect the air
compressor with tire gauge and press the trigger to inflate. **Note: Please make sure your air
compressor can work with the industrial 1/4" NPT quick connect plug.
4.When your tire inflating to the proper pressure, release the trigger and turn off your air compres
sor, and then disconnect the tire gauge and close the tire valve.
