The ESAB Linde L-32 Torch Igniting Unit is designed for remote ignition of oxy-fuel gas torches on cutting machines. It allows for simultaneous lighting of up to five torches, enhancing efficiency and safety. The unit consists of an ignitor assembly for each torch and a control assembly for each group of five torches. Operation is simple, with a push-button on the remote control pendant initiating the ignition sequence. The ignitor generates a spark at the electrode tip, igniting the pilot light, which in turn lights the torch.
