BENDIX 03-B-6 is a relay emergency valve, generally used on converter "dollies", Pre-1975 trailers, and some off-highway equipment. It's a high-capacity, air-operated, graduating, directional control valve with an emergency feature that automatically applies the service brakes if supply air pressure is lost.

The RE-4 valve can be mounted directly on a reservoir, or remotely mounted to a frame rail or cross member. It has two supply ports, one 1/2" PT and one 3/4" PT, two 1/4" PT service or control ports, and two 1/4" PT emergency ports.
