WARNING: Contains magnets—not for
use by anyone wearing a pacemaker.
WARNING: ALWAYS leave at least a slight
opening in both windows or the door so that
your dog has adequate air and ventilation.
WARNING: NEVER leave your dog
unattended in your kennel. Even on
overcast days the temperature can build
up surprisingly fast inside the kennel.
WARNING: NEVER put more than one
dog in your kennel when your Kennel
Jacket is on.
Installation
Your Heritage Kennel Jacket fits kennels with or
without wheels.
1. Stand your empty kennel on end with the door
side down.
2. Unzip the front door of your Kennel Jacket, put
the door opening over the back end of your kennel
and slip the jacket down over your kennel.
3. You can adjust the length of the three straps
positioned at the bottom of your Kennel Jacket to
size the Kennel Jacket to your kennel.
Doors and windows
Your new Kennel Jacket has a unique door, side
window and vent flap system.
To Secure Open: The front
door and both side windows
can be held open by rolling
them up and securing with
the two straps at the top of
the Kennel Jacket (Fig. 1).
The vent flap on the front
door can held open by
magnets—simply lift up and
magnet will secure (Fig. 2).
To Secure Closed: Both side
windows can be held closed by rolling them down
and snapping them shut. The front door zips closed.
The vent flap on the front snaps into the closed
position.

Food bag and pockets
The food bag can be stored
in the stuff panel at the back
end of the Kennel Jacket. To
dispense kibble just open the
zipper at the top of the bag
and pour from the gusseted
side of the bag (Fig. 3).
There are also supply pockets on both sides
of the Kennel Jacket and water bottle pockets at
each corner of the Kennel Jacket.
Safety
Your Kennel Jacket is highly water resistant but
no fabric is completely water proof. Check your
dog in sustained wet conditions.
Please be sure that your dog has adequate
water and food while inside the kennel.
The handles on your jacket are not designed
to bear the weight of moving a kennel with a dog
inside the kennel.
Care
Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle in
COLD water. DO NOT USE SOAP as it can damage
the protective coatings on the fabric. Line dry.
Do not store your Kennel Jacket in an enclosed
area when it is wet—it could mildew.
