For your continued safety and to reduce the risk of injury or electric shock, please
follow all the safety precautions listed below.
• Read all the instructions carefully before using the appliance and keep them for
future reference.
• Retain the manual. If you pass the appliance onto a third party make sure to
include this manual.
• Check that the voltage marked on the rating label matches your mains voltage.
• Do not kink or wrap the mains cable and plug around the appliance, as this may
cause the insulation to weaken and split, particularly where it enters the
appliance.
• Ensure the mains cable is fully extended before use and arrange it so that it is
not in contact with any part of the appliance.
• Do not pull on the mains cable. Never move, carry or hang the appliance by the
mains cable.
• Avoid the use of an extension cables as they may overheat and create a potential

• Always position the appliance with the mains plug in an accessible position.

operation it must be placed on a at and stable surface. The heater must not be
placed on the mains cable as this could cause the tip over switch to operate.
1. Set the red MAIN SWITCH to “0” (OFF) position.
2. Insert the mains plug into the mains socket. Set the red MAIN SWITCH to “1”
position. The heater will “beep” and the red indicator will light up near the LCD
screen, indicating that there is power to the heater.
3. Press the POWER button to turn ON the unit in HIGH (2000W) mode. The LCD
will light up blue. The temperature displayed on the LCD screen is the AMBIENT
TEMPERATURE. Press the MODE button to change mode settings.
4. The heater can operate in 3 modes, LOW, ”HIGH,and AUTO. Your current mode
setting appears on the LCD screen on the left hand side.
LOW mode : The heater is in economy mode and the heating power is a
constant 1000W.
HIGH mode : The heater is in maximum power and the heating power is a
constant 2000W.
AUTO mode : The operation of the heater depends on the programmed
temperature “CLIMATE control mode”. The heater will operate on
either 1000W or 2000W to bring the environment up to the
programmed temperature.

2. Insert two AAA size batteries. Make sure to
match the (+) and ( - ) ends of the batteries

Please allow 5-10 seconds for a setting change. The LCD will show the
AMBIENT TEMPERATURE.
When the AMBIENT TEMPERATURE is lower than the SET TEMPERATURE, the
heating element will heat-up and the fan will operate.
When the SET TEMPERATURE is lower than the AMBIENT TEMPERATURE, the
heater will be shut down after about 15 seconds.
5. To switch OFF the heater, press the POWER button. The fan will continue to
operate for 5-10 seconds, and then it will switch OFF.
The power of the heater can be cut o by pressing the red MAIN SWITCH to “0”
(OFF) position.
Oscillation Function
Always ensure the mains cable can move freely while in oscillation mode to
prevent damage to the fan heater.
Press the OSC button once for the oscillation function. Press again to cancel the
oscillation function.
• Take care of your ngernails when you press and hold the battery release tab.
• Do not drop or cause impact to the remote control.
• Do not spill water or any liquid on the remote control.
• Do not place the remote control on a wet object.
• Do not place the remote control under direct sunlight or near sources of
excessive heat.
• Remove the battery from the remote control when not in use for a long period of
time, as it could cause corrosion or battery leakage and may result in physical

Handling the Batteries
Timer Function
Timer function allows the heater to operate continuously for 1 hour intervals, and
can be programmed for up to 8 hours before automatically turning OFF.
1. Press the TIMER button once for a 1 hour operation before automatic switch
OFF.
2. Press the TIMER button twice for a 2 hours of operation. Repeat this process
until you reach the desired time duration of operation before automatic switch
OFF. This is shown on the LCD screen.
3. To remove the time function, press the TIMER button until the TIME indicator
on the LCD screen is removed.
Ensure you unplug your heater from the mains socket and wait for the heater
to cool down completely before cleaning.
Cleaning
Your heater should be cleaned regularly to stop dirt and dust building up which will
aect its performance. Ensure the air inlet opening and the air outlet grille are not
blocked. This can be done with a vacuum cleaner, using the brush attachment.
Hints and Tips
My heater does not work when I turn it on
1. Check that your heater is plugged in and the power is turned on at the socket.
2. Set the temperature to the highest in AUTO mode.
3. Try replacing the BSI or ASTS approved 13 Amp BS1362 fuse in the plug.
4. If the heater still doesn’t work, do not try to repair the heater yourself, it may result
in a re hazard or electric shock. Please leave all maintenance work to qualied
personnel.
If your heater’s power is automatically cut o follow the steps below:
1. Unplug your heater and allow it to cool down.
2. Inspect your heater. Clean the air inlet opening and the air outlet grille with a
vacuum cleaner if necessary. If there is any sign of physical damage (e.g. melting,
or burning of the case), do not attempt to use your heater. Contact your
authorised service agent.
3. Plug-in the heater and switch it on again. If it cuts o again, move the heater to a
better ventilated location.

tip-over protect switch will be on. In the event the heater is knocked over, the heater
will stop functioning automatically.

exceeds a limit. In the event of overheating, the LCD screen backlight will blink, and
the heater will stop operating. Switch the heater o and allow to cool. The heater
will then operate again as normal.

It is normal when the heater to emit some smell and fumes when it is turned
on for the rst time or when they are turned on after not being used for a long
period of time. This smell will disappear when the heater has been turned on
for a short while.
