Instructions for conversion to 30 mbar liquid gas

for model 51AFDK, HFW236

If you want to operate your hob using 30 mbar liquid gas, it must be conver-

ted (adapted).

1 Important: The conversion may only be performed by an authorised gas fit-

ter.

Performing the conversion

1. Take off pan bracket, both burner covers (disc cover and ring cover) and

burner crown without using tools (fig. 1).

2. Replace the main jet (fig. 2). To do this you will need a 7 mm socket span-

ner.

3. Remove the knob and the rubber seal (fig. 3).

4. Carefully screw in the low setting jet as far as it will go (fig. 3).

5. Use a waterproof pen to label the conversion sticker and stick to the un-

derside of the hob next to the gas connection (fig. 4).

6. As a final check, turn the knob of the burner quickly (in about 1 second)

from the maximum setting to the minimum setting. When you do this, the

flame must not go out.

7. The nozzle should be resealed once successfully switched over.
