1. Overview
(1) Purpose
HT-1200A dual-frequency ultrasonic cleaning machine is a new
generation of power ultrasonic cleaning equipment manufactured with
mature circuit design, high-quality imported components and
advanced processing technology. It is reliable in work, high in
efficiency and stable in output power. It is widely used in medicine
bottles, medicine stoppers, electroplating, polishing, oil pumps, oil
nozzles, electronic components, medical equipment and other fields
that require large-scale cleaning.
This set of equipment is a 40KHz and 80KHz dual-frequency
ultrasonic cleaning equipment. This high-frequency ultrasonic
cleaning equipment has a good effect on cleaning extremely small
particles.
(2) Cleaning Principle
The high-frequency oscillation signal generated by the ultrasonic
generator is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation by
the transducer and transmitted to the medium-cleaning liquid. When
the ultrasonic wave is transmitted in the cleaning liquid, when the
power reaches a certain intensity, "cavitation" will occur. In this
process called "cavitation" effect, an instantaneous high pressure of
more than 1,000 atmospheres is generated inside the liquid, which
continuously impacts the surface of the object, causing the dirt in the
surface and the gap to fall off quickly, so as to purify the surface of
the object.
(3) Advantage
Because ultrasonic cleaning has the characteristics of high efficiency,
no pollution, saving cleaning fluid, easy cleaning of complex parts,
and high cleaning cleanliness, which are difficult to achieve by
manual cleaning, it is widely used in various cleaning fields.

3. Block Diagram
(1) The power circuit consists of an air switch and an AC contactor,
which distributes the power to the rectifier circuit.
(2) The rectifier circuit adopts imported high-quality rectifier bridge to
convert alternating current into direct current.
(3) Signal generation The high-frequency control signal is generated by
the integrated circuit.
(4) The driving part is composed of imported high-power modules and
power amplifier circuits, which generate high-frequency alternating
current in the oscillation circuit.
(5) The matching part is composed of inductance and output transformer,
which is used to cancel the reactance component in the ultrasonic
transducer and make it work at the best frequency.
(6) The ultrasonic transducer is bonded in a sealed stainless steel shell by
screws and imported special adhesives, and converts ultrasonic
electrical energy into ultrasonic mechanical energy.

5. Assembly and Use Method
This system is an integrated machine composed of ultrasonic generator
(control part) and ultrasonic transducer (stainless steel tank part).
(1) Assembly Instructions
1Before starting the machine, 1/2-2/3 of the water should be
injected into the cleaning tank.
2The power supply should be connected to 220V 60Hz.
3When using it, it should be handled with care, and should not
be dropped, otherwise the ultrasonic transducer will easily be scrapped,
and such damaged ultrasonic transducers are not covered by the warranty.
4It is strictly forbidden to start the machine without water.
(2) How to Use
Control the operation panel
1Power supply: Press the power switch once to supply power to
the host, light up the temperature display, time display, power display
digital tube, and then set the temperature and time. After the setting is
completed, press the power switch again to enter the working state.
2Setting: Press the set key to set the temperature and time. After
selecting the number, press the number increase key or the number
decrease key to confirm the set number. After the number is set, press the
timing confirmation key or the heating confirmation key to confirm. , the
timing or heating starts. The time display unit is: minutes. After setting,
the digital tube flashes once for two seconds. The set temperature should
be higher than the current water temperature, otherwise the normal
temperature will not be displayed. The ultrasonic power is individually
controlled, and the ultrasonic power can be increased by 10% (40-100%)
each time the ultrasonic confirmation key is pressed. Press the heating
key to display the current temperature.
3When the device reaches the set time or reaches the set
temperature, the ultrasonic stops working.
It is strictly forbidden to start the machine without water.
6. Precautions
(1) The power supply voltage should be kept within the range of
220V±10%. If the voltage is too low, the relay will not be able
to absorb reliably. If the voltage is too high, the ultrasonic
generator will be damaged.
(2) The fan on the side of the ultrasonic generator is used for heat
dissipation of the whole machine, and its normal operation and
the smooth heat dissipation channel should be ensured. The
working environment of the ultrasonic generator should be kept
dry, and the temperature should not be too high (300C)
(3) Before the ultrasonic wave is turned on, check whether there is
water in the water tank to prevent the washing machine from
being damaged due to no load.
7. Maintenance and Repair
The cleaning machine should be regularly maintained and repaired, and
it is recommended to do it once a quarter.
(1) Remove the dust adhering to the host.
(2) Check whether the fan is running normally, whether there is noise,
and whether the fixing screws are loose.
(3) Whether the working indicator light is normal.
(4) Whether the insulation resistance between the positive and negative
electrodes of the transducer is 5MΩ, and whether the output line
of the transducer is aging.
(5) Whether the power-on resistor is damaged.
(6) Whether the resistors and capacitors are burned black or burst.
(7) Whether all kinds of connectors are loose.
In the following cases, please contact our factory in time to avoid the
expansion of the fault range.
(1) The air switch often jumps
(2) Shut down after a short time of work
(3) The working indicator light does not light up
(4) The insulation resistance of the transducer is lower than 2MΩ
(5) The surface temperature of inductors, transformers and radiators is
too high
1. POWER: press the CNC switch once (POWER), power supply to the
digital tube, light up the temperature display, time display, power display
digital tube, and then set the temperature and time. After the setting is
complete, press the CNC switch (POWER) again, the equipment
shutdown and save the set temperature and time.
2. Setting: Press the Set key to set the temperature and time (press the
Set key continuously to select the number of digits on the digital tube),
after selecting the number of digits, press the numeric increase key or
numeric decrease key to determine the set number.
3. Work: Press POWER once to light up the digital tube; press POWER
again to supply power to the device; then press the Timing OK key or
Heating OK key to start timing or heating (if you do not need timing or
heating, you can not operate the Timing OK key or Heating OK key). The
time display unit is: minutes, and the time digital tube flashes once for
two seconds. Press the heating OK key, the equipment starts heating, the
set temperature should be higher than the current water temperature,
otherwise the normal temperature is not displayed. Ultrasonic power is
controlled separately, each time you press the ultrasonic key, the
ultrasonic power will change by 10% (40-100%).
4. When the device reaches the set time, the ultrasound stops working;
when the set temperature is reached, the heating stops. 5. This
equipment is dual-frequency ultrasonic equipment, if you need
frequency conversion, you need to press or pop up the frequency
conversion button in the off state; then repeat the above 4 operations.
Do not turn on the machine without water.
