Important Information
Glacier Bay products are manufactured with superior quality standards and workmanship and are backed by our
limited lifetime warranty. Glacier Bay products are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free of
defects in materials or workmanship. We will replace FREE OF CHARGE any product or parts that proves defective.
Simply, return the product / part to any of The Home Depot retail locations or call 1-855-HD Glacier (1-855-434-
5224) to receive the replacement item. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer
purchaser must be made available for all Glacier Bay warranty claims.
This warranty excludes incidental/inconsequential damages and failures due to misuse, abuse or normal wear and
tear. This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial & business usage, whose purchasers are hereby, extended
a ve year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except the
duration of warranty.
Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may also have other
rights that vary from state to state and province to province. Please see a store or contact 1-855-HD Glacier for
more details.
Before you begin to install this product, ensure that all parts are present. Compare parts with the package
contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to install the product. Contact customer service

Installing the faucet assembly Preparing the pop-up assembly
Shut off the water supply.
Place the faucet (A) through the mounting-
holes in the sink.
Clean off the installation surface.
Secure the faucet (A) to the sink using the
mounting nuts (C) provided .

CAUTION : Always turn off the water supply before
removing an existing faucet or replacing any part of a
faucet. Open the faucet handle to relieve water pressure
and ensure that the water is completely shut off.
NOTE: If the sink is uneven, use silicone under the
putty plate.

Remove the plunger (H) and drain ange (D) from
the drain body (G).
Screw the lock nut (F) all the way down, and
push the rubber washer (E) down.

Insert the plunger (H) into the drain hole in the
sink.
Apply silicone caulk (not included) under the
drain ange (D) and place the drain ange (D)
over the drain hole in the sink.
From underneath the sink, screw the drain
body (G) onto the drain ange (D). Ensure that
the opening (1) for the ball rod on the drain
body (G) faces towards the rear of the sink.
Tighten the rubber washer (E) and lock nut (F)
on the drain body (G).
Remove the lift rod strap (K) and spring clip (L)
from the ball rod (M).
Push the bushing (O) and ball nut (N) against
the hole in the drain body (G) and tighten the
ball nut (N) onto the threaded end.

Remove the ball nut (N). Insert the ball rod (M)
into the drain body (G) and through the hole of
the plunger (H).
For easier removal and cleaning, rotate the
plunger (H) 90 degrees so that the ball rod (M)
does not go through the hole in the plunger (H).

Adjust the ball rod (M) to the down position.
Insert the lift rod (I) through the faucet (A) and
down into the strap (K). Tighten the thumb
screw (J).
Loosen the thumb screw (J) on the lift rod
strap (K).
Attach the ball rod (M) to the strap (K) using
the clip (L).
Adjust the lift rod (I) to the down position and
re-tighten the thumb screw (J).

Care and Cleaning
Clean periodically with a soft cloth.
This faucet is designed for years of trouble-free performance. Keep it looking new by doing the following:
Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals as these will dull the nish and void your warranty.
Problem Possible Cause Solution
There are leaks underneath the
handle.
The retainer nut has come loose
and the O-ring on the cartridge
is dirty or damaged.
Tighten the retainer nut.
Clear or replace the O-ring.
The aerator leaks or has an
inconsistent water ow pattern.
The aerator is dirty or mis-tted. Remove the aerator and check for
debris in the aerator screens.
Conrm that the rubber washer is
properly installed.
The water will not shut off
completely.
The rubber seat and spring is
dirty or broken.
Remove the handle and cartridge to
check the rubber seat and spring.
Clean or replace.
Checking for leaks
Turn on the water supply to the faucet.
Use the aerator wrench to remove the aerator
(B) from the faucet (A).
When nished, turn the water off and replace
the aerator (B) with the aerator wrench.
Turn the handles on the faucet (A) and allow
the hot and cold water to run for at least 1
minute to ush out any debris and identify any
possible leaks.

Use 1/2 in. I.P.S. faucet connections (2), or use
supply line coupling nuts (3) (not included) with
a 3/8 in. O.D. ball-nose riser (1).
Use wrenches to tighten the connections. Do
not overtighten.
