TO USE
The Sterilizer does not require chemicals for its operation.
Sterilization is achieved by surrounding the bottles and accessories with
steam, which destroys most common household bacteria. The Sterilizer
holds up to 5 wide neck bottles including nipples, collars and hoods.
The sterilizer can also be configured to hold breastpump parts, pacifiers,
cups, toys and utensils depending on quantity, size and shape.
IMPORTANT: Accessories such as pacifiers, teethers, small toys, cups,
utensils and breast pump parts must be able to withstand boiling
conditions in order to be sterilized in this unit.
1. Before sterilization, it is important that all bottles and accessories are
washed, completely rinsed with fresh water and emptied.
2. Place the sterilizer on a flat surface where it is out of reach of children and
cannot be knocked or moved during operation.
3. Remove the sterilizer lid, bottle chamber, bottle racks and accessory trays
from the sterilizer base.

4. Remove the built-in 45ml-measuring cup from the top of the drying
rack and fill with water. Fill cup twice with FRESH, COLD WATER and
pour ONTO HEATING PLATE ONLY.
It is IMPORTANT that you DO NOT EXCEED this volume of water.
Hard water may increase residue build up on the heating plate.
If you have hard water, it is advisable to use filtered water.
5. Place the BOTTLE CHAMBER on
the sterilizer base.
6. If sterilizing bottles and their
accessories: place the bottle
rack in the bottom position of
the drying rack and leave the
large accessory tray in the top
position. (See A).
If sterilizing pump parts and
additional small items: remove
the bottle rack and replace with
an accessory tray. (See B).
If sterilizing small toys and
pacifiers: push up bottom
accessory tray to middle
position on the drying rack and
add third accessory tray to
bottom position. (See C).
7. When sterilizing bottles, place
the bottles UPSIDE DOWN
onto the bottle rack posts.
Placing bottle upside down
will allow the steam to enter
bottle freely.

TO CLEAN
8. When using any accessory tray,
position products to be sterilized
with open ends FACING DOWN
to allow steam to enter the
accessories freely. Place drying
rack in bottle chamber.
9. Cover with the sterilizer lid.
10. After plugging the power cord into
the outlet, press the ON button to
begin the sterilization cycle. The
sterilizer will stop automatically at
the end of the cycle, approximately
13 minutes. Always allow your sterilizer
to cool between cycles or prior to
handling – approximately 11 minutes.
NOTE: When plugging in the sterilizer
for the first time, you’ll find that the
power light will be illuminated.
THIS IS NOT AN ERROR.
After the first cycle, the unit will
automatically shut off.
This appliance is equipped with a polarized plug
(one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electrical shock this
plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If it does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
This product has been provided with a short power supply cord to ensure
safety. If an extension cord is used, the marked electrical rating of the extension
cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance.
With regular use, your Sterilizer should be cleaned at least once a week. Wait
at least 15 minutes after the last sterilization cycle has taken place to allow the
heater to cool. Before cleaning your sterilizer ALWAYS disconnect the plug
from the outlet.
The bottle chamber, bottle racks, accessory trays and sterilizer lid are all
dishwasher safe or can be cleaned in hot, soapy water and rinsed thoroughly.
The sterilizer base can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE STERILIZER BASE IN WATER.
Heating Plate:
Mineral deposits (usually white in color) may form on the heating plate and
can cause damage to the unit. To remove them:
1. Unplug the unit.
2. Remove the sterilizer lid, bottle chamber, bottle racks, and accessory trays
from the sterilizer base. First, wipe any easily removed deposits with a soft
clean cloth.
3. Empty any remaining water from heating plate.
4. Pour 2 oz. vinegar into the warming chamber and let it stand for an hour or
two (longer if necessary).
5. Pour out the vinegar and rinse the chamber two or three times by pouring
in, then emptying out, 3 or 4 oz. of plain tap water.
NOTE: Do not use harsh abrasives or solvents to clean the heating plate. They
may damage the appliance.
