2- Lenettoyagedoitêtrefaitaprèsavoircoupél’alimen-
tationélectriqueaupanneaud’alimentationprincipal.
Attendrequeleboîtieretl’élémentdel’appareilaient
refroidiavantdeprocéderàl’entretien.
3- Replacerlecouverclefrontaldel’appareilavantde
rétablirl’alimentationélectrique.
4- Untechnicienqualiépeutaccomplirtoutautre
service.

1- Lireattentivementtouteslesinstructionsavantd’installeroud’utiliser
cetappareil.
2- La température de surface du boîtier de l’appareil peut être élevée
lorsqu’il fonctionne. Pour prévenir les brûlures, éviter de toucher
les surfaces chaudes du boîtier avec la peau. Garder les produits
combustiblestelsquemobiliers,coussins,literies,journaux,vêtements
et rideaux à une distance d’au moins 36 po (915 mm) du devant de
l’appareiletéloignésdescôtés.
3- Toujours prendre d’extrêmes précautions lorsqu’un appareil de
chauffageestutiliséàproximitéd’enfantsoudepersonneshandicapées,
oulorsqu’ilestlaisséenfonctionsanssurveillance.
4- Nepasutilisercetappareildechauffageaprèsunmauvaisfonctionnement.
Couper l’alimentation électrique au panneau d’alimentation et faire
inspecterl’appareilparuntechnicienqualiéavantderéutiliser.
5- Nepasutiliseràl’extérieur.
6- Éviter l’insertion de matières combustibles à l’intérieur de l’appareil
cequipourraitproduireunincendie,uncourt-circuitouendommager
l’appareil.
7- Nepasboucherlesentréesetsortiesd’airdel’appareil.

4- Thermostatintégré(optionnel):pourajusterlethermostat
àlatempératuredésirée,suivrelesétapessuivantes:
- Ajusterlethermostataumaximum,tournerdanslesens
horaire.
- Laisserfonctionnerl’appareiljusqu’àcequelatempérature
désiréesoitatteinte.Àcemoment,tournerlethermostatdans
lesensanti-horairejusqu’àcequevousentendiezundéclic.
- Lethermostatgarderacettetempératuredepièce.
5- Thermostatintégréavecboutondecontrôle,l’ajustementsefait
àl’aideduboutonfourni,situésurlecouverclefrontal.
6- Thermostatintégréanti-vandale,l’ajustementsefaitparletrou
danslecouverclefrontalàl’aided’untournevisplat.

2- Provideanopeningasshownondrawing,aminimumof
3in.(76mm)deep.Mayberecessedin2X3in.studwall.
3- Removetheappropriateknock-outfromtherecessbox
fortheelectricalsupply.Theheaterjunctionboxvolume
is 35 in.

isattachedrmlywiththeprovidedscrews.Makesurethat
theedgeoneachsideoftherecessboxleanonthegypsum
panelandnotonthestructuralpartsofthewall.Seemarking

ispre-installed,insertthekeyholesoftheventurionthe
4screwsoftherecessboxandthightenthe4screws
topreventvibration.
5- Connecttheheaterleadstothesupplyleadsaccordingtothe
wiringdiagramoftheseinstructionsinaccordancewithlocal
andnationalcodes.
6- Installthegrilleusingtheprovidedscrews.Makesurethat
thefanbladeisfreetorotateandtheheaterassemblyisfree
offoreignobjectsand/ormatter.Makesurethatthesolid
panelofthegrillecoversthesupplyconnectionbox.
7- Testheaterbytemporalyadjustingthethermostatat
maximumtemperature.

1- Heater(andsurfacebox)maybeinstalledinanyoffour
verticalpositions(Seedrawing).
2- Locatethepowersupplyleadsbehindthesurfacebox.
3- Mountthesurfaceboxsecurelytothewallwiththeprovided

MAINTENANCE
INSTRUCTIONS
1- Onceayear,removethefrontpanelanduseavacuum
cleanertoremovethedustaccumulationinsidetheheater
andthroughopeningsofthefrontpanel.
2- Cleaningshouldbedonewhiletheheaterisdisconnected
fromthemainservicepanel.Waituntilthehousing
andheatingelementcoolbeforeperformingmaintenance.
3- Replacethefrontpanelbeforeenergizing.
4- Anyotherservicingshouldbeperformedbyaqualied
technician.
