Arkon GN042

The Arkon GN042 is a versatile mount for your Garmin GPS device. It can be installed on your windshield, dash, or console, giving you a variety of options for placement. The flexible gooseneck allows you to adjust the angle of your GPS for optimal viewing.

The GN042 is compatible with a wide range of Garmin Nüvi and StreetPilot models. It comes with an adhesive disc for dash or console installation, and an alcohol pad for cleaning the surface before installation.

Installing the GN042 is quick and easy. Simply choose the best location for the mount, clean the surface, and attach the adhesive disc. Then, push the pedestal suction cup firmly to the disc and flip the lever down to secure it.

Clean windshield area with alcohol pad and let dry. Push the
pedestal suction cup (A) rmly to the windshield. Flip the lever
(B) down to secure the suction cup.
Adjust the angle of the gooseneck (C) by using both hands to
bend to the desired position.
Carefully attach your cradle to the head by inserting the ball (D)
into the Garmin cradle cavity (E) (Sold separately). Adjust the
angle and of the head by loosening / tightening the wing nut (F).
Choose the best location on vehicle to place the mount.
Clean o dash surface with alcohol cleaning pad and let dry.
(A) Do not attempt application of the dash mount if the
temperature is below 68 F (20C).
Remove paper liner from adhesive on base (B) and a x
adhesive to the dash. Let stand (at room temperature) for
24 hours before using.
Push the pedestal suction cup  rmly to the disc. Flip the
lever down to secure the suction cup.

Instructions.
Do not place mount in or near an air bag deployment zone
or where it will obstruct view of the road.
