SPORT MKIII - User Guide
The Sport unit is a non-invasive electronic device delivering pulsed magnetic fields
intended to support the process of enhancing performance of amateur and professional
sports people. It is used before, during and after activities to prepare, support and focus the
body and mind.
This user guide explains the use and operation of the Sport unit.
2
About the Unit
The unit is operated from a single button on the front panel and gives three selectable
programs of ‘PRE’, ‘GO’ and ‘POST’. These offer the potential to aid the body and mind to
prepare for exercise, maintain focus and energy during exercise, calm down and recuperate
after exercise.
Selecting Programs
Single consecutive presses of the button on the front panel
starts each of the programs in turn. The first press activates
‘PRE’, a second press activates ‘GO’, a third press ‘POST‘.
When a program is active its red program indicator light and the
central yellow action light pulsate.
All the programs stay active for a preset time of between 18 and
21 minutes before automatically ending when the lights stop
flashing.
To end a program at any point simply press the control button a number of times until ‘Post’
is indicated and then press once more when all the lights will go out and the unit enters
standby mode.
Description of User Programs
PRE is designed to be used when mentally preparing for exercise and physically warming
up. It aids with clearing and centering the mind along with integrating the physical body
ready for exercise and exertion. The ‘PRE’ program runs for 18 minutes.
GO is intended to help maintain a focused mind and the flow of energy in the body while
exercising. Start the program running at the beginning of exercise. If undertaking exercise
over an extended period it is not necessary to have the ‘GO’ program running all the time
but may be activated once per hour for instance. The ‘GO’ program runs for 21 minutes.
POST is used after exercise and is intended to aid with calming the mind and body,
releasing metabolic toxins and accelerating revitalization. The run time is 18 minutes.

Battery Charge Level
To show the battery level press and hold in the button on the front panel until the yellow
battery light shows along with a number of red lights. The number of red lights indicates the
battery charge:
4 red lights = fully charged
3 red lights = good level of charge
2 red lights = medium level of charge
1 red light = low charge
Yellow light flashing = discharged
After a couple of seconds of indicating the battery level all the lights will go out.
NOTE: If the battery is left in a discharged state then the unit will go into hibernation mode
and the programs will not run. When the button is pressed, depending on the level of the
battery depletion, the battery light may flash a few times or not light at all. The user
programs will not start. It is necessary to recharge the unit to make it active again.
Charging the Battery
The rechargeable battery built into the unit is charged
by inserting a micro USB lead into the socket in the
side of the unit and connecting the other end into a
USB charger or USB port on a computer. To open
the USB port dust cover, insert a small screwdriver
(or finger nail) into the grove as shown and gently
lever it open. If there is any moisture in the USB port
then shake out or use an absorbent tissue. When
charging, the yellow battery light on the front panel is
illuminated and will stay illuminated for as long as the
charger is attached.
To check the battery level during charging it is best to
disconnect the charging lead, wait a few moments and then hold in the button on the front
panel until the battery light shows. A fully charged battery (four red lights) will give at least
10 hours of active program use. It is recommended to charge the unit until it is fully
charged.
The time required to charge the battery will depend on how discharged the battery is. If the
battery level is at two red lights then a full charge will take around 7 hours. If the battery is
fully discharged (flashing battery light) then a soak charge of 20 hours is recommended.
If the unit is going to remain unused for several months then it is recommended to fully
charge the unit and give it a recharge every six months to preserve the battery. If the
battery is left fully discharged for an extended time it may start to deteriorate.

Action
The Sport unit works on two primary actions:
Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields (PEMF) a well-proven and accepted therapeutic
technology increasingly used by sports people, consisting of low frequency, short
duration, low intensity magnetic pulses stimulating the body tissues, nervous system
and the mind. Multiple studies have shown the benefits of PEMF to be both positive
and wide ranging, including increasing uptake of oxygen in muscles, accelerated
tissue repair, reducing muscle soreness, pain relief, improved inflammation
response, restore ATP in cells, reduce stress response, improve circulation and
much more.
Adaptive Resonance an advanced approach to PEMF that adds resonant
signature patterns within the pulsed magnetic fields to provide targeted action and
increase potency of the PEMF effects. Adaptive Resonance provides a means to
influence specific aspects of the body’s adaption and regulation systems as well as
acupuncture meridians and the mind. The incorporation of Adaptive Resonance
technology in the Sport unit allows the programs to deliver their specific actions.
Precautions of use
Under normal use the Sport unit is completely safe to use, however for legal reasons it is
not recommend that people under 18 years of age, pregnant or fitted with a pace maker or
deep brain implant use it without first consulting with a health care professional. Also if you
have a medical condition please consult an appropriate health care professional.
Use
The unit is sealed against water ingress and will tolerate being wet and submerged
in shallow water for a short length of time. However it is not designed to be used
when swimming or to be subject to high-pressure water flow. It is recommended to
keep the unit dry when not in use.
The unit is tolerant of shock loads but do not subject it to excessive loads or constant
vibration.
Its operating temperature range is -5°C to +40°C.
Clean with a damp cloth only - do not use chemicals.
Only charge the unit from a standard USB charger outlet.
