product will be needed before any warranty claim can be processed.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE SAME TIME
PERIODS STATED HEREIN FOR ALL EXPRESSED WARRANTIES. Some states do not allow
the limitation of consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the
above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and
you may have other rights, which vary from state-to-state. This is a limited warranty as defined by the
Magnuson-Moss Act of 1975.

The manufacturer’s warranty to the original consumer purchaser is: This product is free from defects in

aterials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original consumer
purchaser. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, parts found to be defective due to materials or
workmanship. This warranty is subject to the following limitations and exclusions:

1) Commercial Use This product is not intended for commercial use and carries no
commercial warranty.
2) Limitation This warranty applies only to products which have been properly
assembled, adjusted, and operated in accordance with the instructions
contained within this manual. This warranty does not apply to any
product of Swisher that has been subject to alteration, misuse, abuse,
improper assembly or installation, shipping damage, or to normal
wear of product.
3) Exclusions Excluded from this warranty are normal wear, normal adjustments, and
normal maintenance.

Keep the operating speed LOW!!!!!
Allow only responsible adults who are familiar with these instructions to operate
this machine. Never allow children to operate this machine.
Be sure the area is clear of other people before operating. Children are often
attracted to the machine and the operating activity. Never assume that children
will remain where you last saw them. Keep children under the watchful care of
another responsible adult.
Watch for traffic when operating near or crossing roadways.
Do not operate the attachment if it has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
Repair as necessary.
Dress properly. Do not operate when barefoot or wearing open sandals.
Do not operate the machine while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Never tamper with safety devices. Check their proper operation regularly.
Do not operate over 5 mph (8 km/h).
Operate attachments up and down slopes. There is significant risk of overturns
when operating across slopes.
Stop and inspect the equipment if you strike an object. Repair, if necessary, before
restarting.
Never make adjustments or repairs with the engine running.

Before assembling your blade mount adaptor
please check the table and diagram below to
familiarize yourself with the parts and to
make sure no parts are missing.

Assembly
Latch Pin Assembly Instructions:
• Assemble the spring (5) to the bracket (13) using a 5/16” X 1” carriage bolt (14), lift bar bushing
(6), 5/16” washer (4) and 5/16” nut (3). Note the orientation of the spring.
• Insert the open end of the spring through the small hole of the latch pin (1).
• Insert the latch pin into the oval hole of the bracket and stretch the spring until the square holes
in the bracket line up with the holes in the latch pin.
• Place a latch pin bushing (9) into the round hole
of the latch pin and insert a 5/16” X 1” carriage bolt
(14) through the corresponding square hole of the
bracket, the round hole of the latch pin and the
latch pin bushing.
• Place a 5/16” washer (4) over the 5/16” X 1”
carriage bolt (14) and secure it with a 5/16” nut
(3). Note the washer in this step is the smaller of
the two used to assemble the latch pin.
• Complete the assembly by placing the other
latch pin bushing (9) into the oval hole of the
latch pin and securing it with a 5/16” X 1” carriage
bolt (14), the larger 5/16”washer (2) and a 5/16”
nut (3).

Assembly Instructions:
• Insert the 3/8 X 1¼” bolt (16) through the
stop block (15) and the hinge plate as shown
and fasten using the 3/8” nut (10). Repeat
on the other side.
• Align the 1” round hole of hinge plate (21)
with the large square hole of push plate (26).
• Insert a 5/8” X 2” carriage bolt (28) through
the large washer (27), the push plate and
hinge plate.
• Place the hinge bushing (8) on the 5/8” X 2”
carriage bolt (28) and into the 1” hole of the
push plate.
• Loosely attach the latch pin assembly to the
hinge plate with the 5/8” nut (7). The nut will
be tightened in a later step.
•Insert two 3/8” X 1¾” carriage bolts (29)
through the two square holes in the
push plate, placing one
guide pin bushing (12) on
each. These bushings will
need to be positioned
between the latch pin
assembly and the push
plate as shown.
• Place the other two
latch pin bushings (12) over the
3/8” x 1¾” carriage bolts (29) and
on top of the latch pin assembly.
• Place the pin guide (11) over the
latch pin bushings (12) on the
3/8” X 1¾” bolts (29) and fasten with
two 3/8” nuts (10).
• Tighten the 5/8” nut (7) securely, checking
to make sure that the hinge plate can freely rotate
and that the latch pin fits into all holes of the hinge plate.
• Insert the plow mount pin (20) through the holes of the push plate as shown, using the
click pins (17) to secure it in place.

Assembly of Blade to Blade Mount Adaptor:
• Place the blade mount adaptor assembly against the blade assembly aligning holes A and B.
• Insert the bellcrank bushing (24) into the hole in the hinge plate and place the ½” X 1½” bolt (25)
through the assembly with a ½” washer (23) on each side as shown.
• Attach the ½” nut (22) and hand tighten. Repeat this step on the other side.
• After the hardware is loosely assembled, tighten both ½” X 1½” bolts (25). Rotate the blade
forward to assure that the blade will pivot freely.
• Install one loop of the blade spring (19) into the tab on the hinge plate and insert the other end of
the spring through the eye bolt (18).
• Insert the threaded end of the eye bolt through the hole in the upper support plate at the back of
the blade frame.
• Place a 5/16” washer (4) over the eyebolt and secure it with a 5/16” nut (3).
• Tighten the 5/16” nut (3) until the spring coils begin to spread apart. Repeat on the other side.

Note: If the blade flips over too easily,
y
ou may want to increase the tension by
tightening the eye bolt nuts additional
turns. Use caution as this is a safety
feature to reduce the stress on the ATV
by allowing the blade to cam over an
immovable object.
