Hole Preparation and Gauge Mounting
1. Prepare or conrm a 3 3/16" diameter hole in panel.
2. Install gauge through front of panel and secure with panel clamp provided. Check to make sure
gauge is level before tightening clamp.

Plumbing the Gauge
1. Install 1/4 FNPT x 6mm tube push-in style low pressure tting provided using standard plumbing
practices.
2. Cut appropriate 6mm tubing as squarely as possible and to the required length.
3. Insert tube into tting using a slight twisting motion.
4. Friction will be evident as the tube slides past the internal O-ring.
5. Continue pushing until the tube bottoms rmly against the internal tube stop.

Plumbing the Gauge
1. Install 1/4 FNPT x 6mm tube compression style high pressure tting provided using standard
plumbing practices.
2. Cut appropriate 6mm high pressure tubing as squarely as possible and to the required length.
3. Insert tube into tting making sure that it rests rmly on the shoulder of the tube tting body.
4. Establish a starting point by tightening the nut until the tubing will not turn by hand or move axially
in the tting. Scribe the nut at the 6 o'clock position.
5. While holding the tting body steady, tighten the nut 1 1/4 turns to the 9 o-clock position.
6. Pull open (pull up) the vent on the top of the gauge to ensure gauge accuracy.
