Add regeneration salt
Only add regeneration salt immediately before starting a
wash programme.
Add rinse aid
Half-load wash (top basket)
selection button
Press the button to select the option; the corresponding
indicator lights up. Press the button again to deactivate the
option; the corresponding indicator goes off.
Extra programmes button
To select one of the three extra programmes, press the
button after selecting the main programme (2, 3, 4); see
programme table.
The function remains stored.
Antibacterial rinse
(Sani Rinse option)
This function adds an antibacterial rinse at the end of the
wash cycle, guaranteeing a further reduction of bacteria.
The indicator light ups when the function is activated.
If a constant temperature is not maintained during the
antibacterial rinse cycle ( e.g. due to door opening or
power failure), the programme lights flash indicating that
the antibacterial action cannot be guaranteed.
“Delayed start” and “Water
hardness setting” button
To set the water hardness level, follow the instructions in
the enclosed handbook. The wash cycle can be
programmed to start after 1-9 hours. The delayed start
can be programmed either before or after selecting the
desired wash programme. When the door is closed, a pre-
wash cycle is run, after which the delayed start countdown
begins.
Water stop device activated
Switch off the dishwasher and contact the After-sales
Service.
The dishwasher over fills with water
Reset and start the programme again from the beginning.
If the problem persists, contact the After-Sales Service.
The water heating system is not
working
Reset and start the programme again from the beginning. If
the problem persists contact the Assistance Service.
Water heating anomaly
Reset and start the programme again from the
beginning. If the problem persists, contact the After-
Sales Service.
The dishwasher does not fill with water
Check the water supply and filters, and make sure
that there are no kinks in the water inlet hose. Open
and close the door in order to continue.
The dishwasher does not drain
Make sure that the filter unit and drain hose are not
clogged and if necessary clean them.
Flow meter
(if provided) anomaly
Reset and start the programme again from the beginning. If
the problem persists, contact the After-Sales Service.
Alternate washing system
(if provided) anomaly
Reset and start the programme again from the beginning. If
the problem persists, contact the After-Sales Service.
Fault in water load system
Switch off the dishwasher and contact the After-sales
Service.

of the last programme selected lights up; at the end of the
cycle a short acoustic signal sounds.

How to use the appliance

necessary (Warning: hot steam).

Instruction for loading the dishwasher and racks provided
Upper basket:
Cup holders (A):
Depending on the position, raised or
lowered.
Place glasses in the middle and on
the right, dishes on the left, under
the cup holder racks.
Place long and narrow utensils
(carving forks, knives) on the
bottom of the rack, not
crosswise, with the sharp ends
towards the appliance.
Cutlery basket supports (B):
Depending on the position, raised or
lowered.
Rack height adjustment:
Release the stops (

) of both rack
rails.
Remove the rack.
Reposition the rack at the required
height.
Close the stops (

).
The rack must be level on both
sides.
Lower basket:
With tilting plate holders.
Cutlery basket:
It is equipped with grill elements (

) to
keep the cultery separated. It can be
divided into two parts, which is handy
for half-load washes or when there are
just a few pieces of cultery to be
washed.
Objects that can cause injuries
must be arranged in the rack with
tips facing downwards.
Only use dishwasher-proof dishes. Do not use the appliance for items not suitable for washing in a
dishwasher, for example wooden items, aluminium, plastic utensils, tin, hand-decorated dishes (unglazed),
silver cutlery.

What to do if...
If a fault occurs, before contacting our After-Sales Service, make the following checks to try and remedy the problem
(* see also the corresponding chapter in the user instructions).

The appliance is not
working
No water supply. Open the water cock.
The appliance does not load sufficient
water.
Clean the water cock inlet filter.
Ensure there are no kinks in the water hose.
Power failure. Insert the plug in the power socket.

Check the house fuse.
If the dishes are not
perfectly dry
Insufficient rinse aid. •Increase dosage *.
Residual water in cavities. Load dishes at an angle.
If the dishes are not
perfectly clean
The water jet does not reach the
dishes.
Arrange dishes so that they do not touch.
Arrange the dishes upside down.
Insufficient detergent. Follow recommended detergent dosage.
Unsuitable programme. Select a more intensive wash programme.
Spray arms blocked. The spray arms must be able to turn freely.
Spray arm nozzles clogged. Remove any impurities obstructing the water flow *.
Detergent unsuitable/too old. Use a good quality detergent.
Sandy or grainy
residues
Clogged filters. Check filters regularly/if necessary clean them *.
Filters incorrectly assembled. Refit and secure the filters, making sure they are
inserted correctly *.
Colour of plastic parts
faded
Tomato/carrot juice,... Depending on the material, if necessary use a
detergent with a greater whitening power.
Deposits on dishes
•removable Streaks on dishes/glasses. Decrease the rinse-aid dosage *.
Layer of salt on dishes/glasses. Close the salt container lid properly *.
not removable Insufficient water softening, scale

Change water hardness setting, if necessary add salt *.
Glasses dull/
not sparkling
Cannot be washed in dishwasher. Use suitable glasses.
Rust on cutlery
Not made of stainless steel. •Use suitable cutlery.
If, after carrying out the above checks, the malfunction persists or appears again, switch the appliance off and close the
water cock, then call our Assistance Service (see warranty).
Before contacting the Assistance Service, make sure to have the following data available:
The type of anomaly.
The appliance type and model.
The assistance code (the number indicated on the Technical
Assistance sticker) inside the door on the right side.
