730 Sand Pit Perimeter Padding
Gill Sand Pit Perimeter Padding is constructed of 1.5” polyethylene
foam encased 14oz outdoor formulated polyester coated vinyl.
Pads are standard 36” long by 6” extending in either direction.
Pads have hook-and-loop connections to join multiple pads to-
gether for seamless protection.
This pad is designed to sit on the ledge of a long/triple jump sand
pit to protect the jumpers from hitting the metal or concrete edge.
To use, set pads on edge of sand pit. If the depth of the sand is
high enough to interfere with the pad setting level on the top edge,
pull the sand away from the edge and insert the pad. Then push
sand back against the pad. This will ensure pad is secure during
competition.

For longest lasting quality, store pads indoors between uses. This lightweight product is designed to store
flat when not in use. Do not store under compression, especially in hot conditions as pads pay permanently
deform.
Vinyl may be punctured by track spikes during use; interior foam is closed cell and will not absorb water or
degrade from water exposure.
This pad is designed to reduce the risk of injury during use. However, any activity involving motion and severe impacts may result in
serious injuries, including but not limited to paralysis or death.
